We had a lot fun that day. It was my son friend birthday. The kids had a lot of fun and you can take 1 to 5 years old or maybe more. The play ground is big and even you can have a good party there

It’s a nice and busy place, need to book a place because there a lot of kids. Super reasonable prices. Also adults can book a desk in a quiet room to work (co-working) while your kids are playing in the soft area or do some development classes

Very nice place for the kids, specially but not limited for the summer.Its an excellent option for play dates with friends.Not very expensive for what they offer.Kids from 6 months to 12 years old can enjoy.They perform live activities as well.Very friendly staff and conformable place for parents.

Absolutely love everything about KIDS HQ.The staff make the place feel like a home. The centre is super clean. The coffee and cafe in general are incredible. The kids always have a wonderful time which means the parents do too!I highly recommend KIDS HQ

The place is meant for smaller kids and the play area is quite small. The staff however, is extremely nice and friendly. It is quite a good and safe for younger kids below 5.

It is awesome kids area every thing is great very clean tidy ,special area for toddlers below 3 , also it is nice for all kids there is many slides trampoline there are dedicated area for parties , birthday , there is also nice cafe serving drinks ,snacks, it was great experience highly recommended👍👍

My son has been injured by an other kid with some face marks, other kid’s mother attacked me instead of calming down her son. I defended myself and my son, after this mother played as a victim in front of the owner. The owner requested me to leave me and my children, it’s inadmissible it’s a shame my son was just a victim ! I don’t recommend this place even if employees are kind but the owner didn’t take her responsibilities and didn’t act in the right way!

The staff make the difference in this lovely establishment. The equipment is very clean and sanitised daily. Great fun for toddlers.

I wouldnt trust my kids playing safely and having fun to the max as much as in kids HQ, amazing and like no other staff, well trained which reflects the professionalism and unique vision of the founders

Great place for kids, very friendly staff. It has an indoor two snake trampoline in the soft play area. Also coffee shop offer nice light kids snake.

One of my daughter’s favorite indoor playgrounds in Dubai. Spacious and with variety of slides, trampolines etc. parents can either join the kids or sit by the cafe while kids are entertained by staff members.

The staff are amazing, they always keep an eye on the kids and make sure to keep them entertained all the time. It was an amazing experience today. Go on Wednesday, they have a great offer for 2 hours including a dancing show. I highly recommend this place

Its a nice size playing area , lovely staff , good music , my kids , 5 years and 2.5 years both enjoyed it , Paid parking is available no hassle , The only thing I did not like was the food , they have snacks but all they had as a meal was pizza and by the time I wanted to buy there was only 2 left and that was , Anyway dont depend on them to get lunch for your kids . I would go back there again and again because the kids love it

Good clean and safe place for the kids

I ve been taking my 5yr old son to this play area for years and I have to say that they have the most amazing staff. They are full of energy, fun, most interactive and caring with kids of all ages. The manager who always puts the childrens wellbeing on the first place, never goes out of the way to meet you and is very cooperative. My son always has fun, make new friends and enjoys playing here. For mums and dads they have a nice place where you can have your coffee and chitchat with your friends while your kid is having a great time. Even if you come alone, its very easy to connect with other mums as well. Go check them out! Its really worth it 😊

Highly recommended to call before reaching there. Not a single child, no music, no staff around... silent and depressive. It used to be a very lively and fun place, but I guess because of corona is just one more dead business in town. Sadly it is. I had to pay two hours for my child to enjoy 20 minutes and ask me to go to another play area.

Hands down the best play area in dubai! My kids enjoys it very much. The staff are really friendly and they know the kids by name; this is how much they care about the children specially Alison. I only trust this place for my kids during these circumstances. Clean, organized, plenty of space for the kids to run and play. They also have summer camp which is amazing. Highly recommended. I would give it more than 5 stars if i could. Well done! Lovely place!

Unfortunately its closed, my kids used to enjoy the atmosphere and fun in Kids HQ.... Hopefully it will open soon.

It’s a very nice place to bring your kids to play. Parents have a good view while the kids are playing. And the staff are very kind and friendly. They treat the kids like there own. And the coffee is nice! :)

Good small area for kids with different activities and classes

I have been here with my kiddo several times. It’s an indoor play area located on the first floor. There is a huge soft play area for kids where kids can climb, slide and play. There is also an area for smaller kids. There is also rooms for celebrating bdays or any parties.It is very child-friendly and staff are helpful too.

It a very nice place, with plenty of activities for toddlers, we enjoy our time there.. the 3 Stars are because the receptionist was not helpful and she seems to be bored to be there, she is not welcoming at all.The staff of a children place should warm, welcoming and nice.

Not very organized and not friendly receptionists. They do random temperature checks (not for everyone).Also the hygiene level leaves something to be desired. I saw that cleaner washed the mop in the bathroom sink and left it without cleaning. Obviously small kids will touch it with their hands and spread the germs. There must be a special bucket for washing the mop.It happened on 13.09.2020

Nice fun indoor play area with very affordable prices at the café. Go for the 2h as that is only 60 or 65 while 1h is 50dirham. Clean toilets, changing area. They offer birthdays and certain classes and also sell stuff. Staff is amazing and happy people. Oskar is famous for his scientist program!

Took my daughter and her friend here for the first time, the team interacted really well with all the children, place is well maintained, clean and will be going back for our 2nd visit.

A Wonderful place for the children to play, my little sister spent about 3-4 hours here and didnt wanna leave.

Nice cafe for parents, you can see almost entire play area. Play area is nice and large, it also looks cleaner then other play areas. Thanks to not being in a mall its also not that crowded with kids. I dont know what its like over there in a slow day, too empty maybe? Is that a bad thing? I dont think so personally. In any case weekends are quite manageable. I think this is also an ideal place to have your kids birthday party. Parking is paid and can be a bit hard to find at busy times. Just wait, there are always people leaving stores around.

Very nice place. Playing area is big enough for kids to enjoy for a few hours. People who work there are very cheerful and pleasant. Birthdays are wonderful and everybody there are very cooperative. My daughter and her friends loved it.

The place is quite big and they have too many rooms for the kids activities during the summer camp , my kids are super happy and when I Caine to take them they want to stay more ... actually they love that place because of the people working there who made it great funSpecially Alain , jenisses, Elisa and Oscar

Excellent staff who play and entertain kids. Clean environment and not crowded. I was really impressed—especially with the price (50 AED an hour).

I like that there is a Cafe section to do work while kids play and at non busy hours its better. But busy periods IS Madness. They had 3 birthday parties going on at the same time and it was crazy. The birthday party we went to was good but birthday host I found just wasted time playing the same dance game for 10 minutes.

The children I was with loved this place, it kept them occupied for hours, soft play was big enough for them to run about and I loved that they even incorporated a trampoline section, it was quite quiet from the hours of of 1 to 3 on a weekday so I got to bounce on the trampoline which was a bonus. It was very clean even in the bathrooms and I was glad to see everyone wearing socks. The staff are very good and I was glad to see they were able to tell the unruly older children off in a fun manner. Also there is a cafe so you can happily sip on a coffee while watch your children play

The place is nice and the staff, I don’t get some of the reviews are so stupid they want to much but don’t want to pay, specially the Ahmed that had 18month child what in the world has a mind like letting their baby run around and blaming the staff, and the lady that said that the place was a scam shame on you, I’ve been in the place and all the staff are nice and kind! I’m giving the place justice. Some people only Give misleading review to make it look bad.

My son, 18 months old, has been bitten by another kid.He has been attacked long enough to the level he has 3 bad bite bruises on his hand, shoulder and upper back!I assume this happened while there was no supervision or whatsoever to our babies by their staff! At least nobody bothered to stop it.One of the staff brought my son to my wife while he was still crying. Yet the staff said nothing about the incident. My son is still 18months only so he can’t talk to tell what happened, I can only imagine how terrified he felt.I’m sure whoever did this to him is old enough to have full teeth as it’s shown in my son’s body.That tells me, there was nobody supervising our babies while such incident took place.It also tells me, the staff either had no idea what happened to my son and why he was crying or he found out about it and hid it from me!Such cases happen, sadly it happened to my son. Hence, it should not happen to any other kid.Be careful parents leaving your kids there.—To clarify:The incident took a place during an organized event at their venue where child care was included while the parent attending the session.To update:The event organizers and kids HQ team apologized and promising better event organization in the future.

The place is fine for kids parties. They just have one big play house. My kids get bored here after half an hour. Not much to do actually. But the place has a nice Icecream coffee and crepe shop for parents to relax while their kids play.

Very few food choices for children; other play areas have many food choices and full service kitchens but here just a few readymade refrigerated items. Please improve your cafe menu. The play area is nice and staff are helpful.

We had a terrible experience at Kids HQ ! A child vomited in the soft play climbing area within the first 30 mins and while the mess was cleaned up, the child was allowed to stay playing in the ball pit & climbing around with vomit on his arm and top. We were expected to pay full price for the privilege with barely an apology.Coffee was luke warm and awful too.

Hi...i took my doughter first time today...inwas happy to seenthe big fun playground .I just think it needs a bit soft music for kids or it makes d all place cold and weird.Then the problem happen when my doughter tells me she is hungry.They have a sign it says no food or drink allow.(why not?)..then for respect tond rules i order a pizza..so low quality expensive and smalllllll..for10 dhs.( by d way the fries are way more expensive. 17!)..lets talk about the poor quality coffe..I order a capuccino ...it tast like cup of milk with a tear of coffe...i asked for change ..well the nice lady made it better.If you will provide good and not allow us to have ours at leats make the good that you are selling affordoble and /or good value for the price.....i took a pic with my hand next to d pizza to compare size...the same

We had our daughters 3rd birthday here and it was fantastic. The crew was great, entertaining for the kids and really helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Good but they should have a limit for how many children bouncing on the trampoline. 3 kids max! They also need more staff to monitoring different arias to make sure kids are safe. If they do this I would give an excellent review.
