Came for lunch here with some friends over the weekend. Place was packed with ppl. Recommend to come before noon. As for food, it is good quality. Recommend the thali.. Which is food served in small bowls. Their variety of food is many, and you can refill as many times as u like. I prefer the curry type dishes cause I like to dip my roti in them. Didnt have a chance to see the menu as my fiends did all the ordering and I assume this was the house special. Would definitely go again if my friends take me there again... Hahaha.

Whaauuuu its so Yummy taste of Rajasthan and Gujrat. First time I got a restorent in Dubai which gave me full quality of Marwad rajasthan with a unlimited food and serving culture also. When I went there I was too much tired and I wanted to eat only Churma Dal bati and roti but there no any menu list for confusion that what should I order 😃😀😂 .. first of all they offered me to sit on the chair or on the ground in rajasthani style so choose to sit on the ground it was so amazing and comfortable yar, after they suggested that remove your shoes in closed rack just in front of you with a designed boxes. They offered me one by one without ordered anything that hand washing on your seat, unlimited starter with rajasthani dahi bada, kachori, gujrati dhokla, chach means matha and jal jeera water which was so yummy. After that they served me Roti with butter, pudi, gujrati thepda, parval, paneer, aalu, gobhi, kadhi, pickle, 3 type of dal, jalebi, halva, fruits raita sweet so many dishes yar. They told me that churma, dal bati in scheduled on Wednesday. Everything so Nice only in 51 AED per person. Im sure that if youre going there with your family or friends youll not come without satisfaction of food. Each service is so nice and staff also so polite from rajasthan. Thank you Rasoi Ghar to gave an experience of rajasthan in abroad. Thank you so much and will try to meet you soon for churma dal bati on Wednesday 🤣😃😀😂

Good service. We paid only for 2 adults and fr kids one was charged 25aed per thaali and younger one was given complementary since he was too small.Per thaali is aed50 and it is worth for the quality of the food. First they offered welcome drink which was nice tangy, sweet and salty. Starter was dhokla, shahid vada and one more crunchy item.Main course had thephla, roti and a mini poori with all curries like channa masala, paneer gravy, dhal and samba, yoghurt, buttermilk, fruit salad a and jalebi. Rice varieties there were peas pulav, curd rice and plain rice.Good food to treat your hungry stomach.

The Shahi Thali @rasoigharVisited Rasoi Ghar for Lunch on a week day. Its in Karama which is the food capital of Dubai. They serve Thalis which has a blend of both Rajasthani and Gujrati cuisine. One can choose the seating arrangement between modern and traditional😃➡️Once we were seated we were served with refreshing watermelon juice and masala chaas.➡️For starters they served Moong daal kachori, sandwich dhokla, dal pakwan along with mint chutney and sweet chutney. Moong dal kachori and dal pakwan are just excellent so we didnt mind going for a 2nd and then a 3rd helping🙈➡️For main course they had aloo lasooni, paneer kohlapuri, mixed bean sabzi, corn paalak, rajasthani kadhi pakodi, daal, sweet dal and Raita.➡️For breads we were served with phulka, methi thepla and poori. All the breads were soft and freshly made.➡️Then came the rice item...OH GOSH!!! already full but yes have to give it a try😅 . They had steamed rice, moong daal khichdi, pulao and curd rice.➡️For desserts they had 3 varieties😍 So just remembered the quote....Why settle for one dessert when you can have more than that at a time. They had dry fruit halwa, kheer and gulab jamun. Something unique was dry fruit halwa which stole the show. And at last...was a big burp😂Staffs were vert courteous and they visited our table N number of times to check on the quality of each item they served.Rasoi Ghar is highly recommended restaurant specially for lunch but foodies do remember🤓..you will have to skip the dinner after eating so much for lunch at Rasoi ghar☺️

Then the Royal meal journey started with two light and refreshing welcome drinks followed by a huge wooden platter of appetizers and chutneys which are unlimited. For me the chaat and kachori were just perfect. Then the main courses were served on a steel royal thali! How i can forget the pipping hot fresh breads, kachori, padad and Sweet bread was also part of lavish main Course. The best part they keep on changing their menu according to uniquely themed days. Overall a 4.8*I can vouch for the fact that this is one of the finest Thali places in UAE. Rasoi Ghar(Meaning Kitchen) is the place where the culinary delights in any Indian Household comes out from!Rasoi Ghar, situated at the most prominent and most inviting areas at the cross borders of Bur Dubai- Karama Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed road is a gargantuas eatery which specialises in Rajasthani cum Gujarati thali.Everything from the customary hand wash in the beginning to the wet wipe towels at closure is Royal style. Staff is very good, fast and super efficient.Interiors are vibrant with elements and accoutrements of Rural and Royal Rajasthan/ Gujarat are displayed in splendour. You can opt for a sit down meal on floor cushions or for a table chair arrangement.I have been to this place twice one on a tadke pe tadka Thursday and the other on a man bhara Monday. They have a different buffet menu each day which is a really good concept. On the second visit I had Mr Tiku Talsania, Bollywood actor for company!!The starters are quite good; most of the days they dish out soft dhoklas/ dhoklis, cocktail samosas or veggie kebabs, corn cheese balls and the likes; all fresh, warm and enticing. They also give a quarter plate of chaat or other savoury curry. It’s all you can eat so if you want a refill they’ll very happily provide. Then come the mains:- a Paneer dish ( this was just awesome both days), a potato based curry(very appealing) a veggie dish, a host of dals( sweet and savour), and a kadhi. Breads are just amazing ranging from phulkas, theplas to the delicious cocktail puris. They also offer a Aam Ras with a Halwa and jalebi which are alluring in looks and taste. I particularly like the dates Halwa (must try). It’s also recommended to dip the puri in Aam Ras and tuck in; it’s really wow! They also dish out four different types of rice to include a pulao, curd rice, khichdi and plain white. Super stuff:- try with Dal.Folks, it’s an stunning place to have a sumptuous meal with a wide variety of choices and flavours with lightning fast service.Pssst:- If you don’t like waiting try a weekday lunch or go around 12 afternoon or early evening.Special thanx to Arvind the Manager, Satish the head steward and his staff.

It isnt everyday that we are swayed by vegetarian fare, but Rasoi Ghar proved otherwise, and that too in proper Rajasthani style. We visited on a Monday night for the Thaali, and began with Keri panna, a welcome drink made with raw mango, which also doubles as a palette cleanser between dishes. The starter tray had four snacks, out of which we loved the Dal dhokli with apple pieces, and the paneer lifafa, which tasted quite similar to a Punjabi samosa, the filling was entirely made with paneer. Khandvi and cheese balls were good as well, but outshone by the Dal dhokli, which is a must try.The mains started with an assortment of traditional curries, out of which we loved the Gujarati Dal, paneer Kolhapuri and The kadhis, along with roti and Puri with Gud and ghee which is an amazing combination. The servers recommended to try the people Puris with fresh Aamras, which was quite popular with almost everyone in our group, and was a first for us as well, to try Puri with fresh fruit, which turned out to be an interesting taste combo. After the breads, there was an assortment of ghee rice, khichdi and curd rice, to be had along with the curries, and was quite filling as well. The desserts platter was really interesting with corn halwa ( nice subtle taste, with semolina), malpoa with Rabdi,( a tad too sweet, but soft) and shrikand ( which was okay) and fresh Aamras.( The best of the lot). The service is really good, with the servers taking time to explain each dish, and also making sure that everyone around the table was indeed full, with more than enough refills for every dish.Centrally located, opposite burjuman mall and with ample parking around, a trip is worth it if you feel like experiencing true Gujarati/ Rajasthani cuisine along with warm hospitality.

The restaurant is beautifully designed and has colorful Indian arts displayed at the entrance. It’s spacious and gives a customer the liberty to choose their preferred seating. One end is lined with tables and chairs and the other end gives the opportunity to sit like the locals in North India do, albeit on an elevated pillow on the ground. They have a unique three course thali which means you have starters, main course and desserts with refills just around the corner. Their top notch service is commendable with staff constantly attending to your needs. The servings are always piping hot. They also bring out a basin to wash your hands in at the end of the main course to spoil you with as they don’t want to disturb you from the food coma.We were served with some refreshing Nimbu Sherbat to beat the heat, which was not too sour and was perfect. The chilled Masala Chaas (Buttermilk) kept coming till we were served with our thalis.Dahi Baray: A classic dumpling made from dal and topped with masalas, lots of curd and cilantro but 3 times the usual size made this dish a winner for us and we wished we could eat more.Dabeli Dhokla: A unique dish where a famous Mumbai street food, Dabeli, has a special masala made out of peanuts, which is used as a filling between two staple Gujarati slices of Dhokla. We loved the concept and found this quite delicious.Green Peas Ghugra: Somewhat on the lines of a samosa, but bite-sized and tasty with the spicy chutney, this we found to be average concept wise but delicious no doubt and a must try.Malai Sheekh Kebab: We were quite skeptical to try this bite-sized slice of barbecued cottage cheese but it was a revelation. So very soft yet a smoky flavor, we just loved it but wish the serving would have been a bit bigger.Mix Veg Tawa Bhaji: As the name suggests, cooked on a flat skillet, the vegetables were perfectly cooked and went well with the breads.Methi Malai Mutter Paneer: For all the malai fans, this is a treat. Methi and peas, a super hit combo with their flavors complimenting each other. The paneer tasted good as it had absorbed the spices of the creamy gravy very nicely.Aloo Rasawala: The star dish and our favorite, this just melted in our mouth. Going very well with the garlic naan, the potatoes were done well and tasted great.Marwadi Dal: For the spice lovers, this was perfectly seasoned. It can be paired with rice, poori or as have it as is and still be so good.Gujarati Dal: A similar sweet version of the dal made often in Gujarat, all the folks missing this food will be reminded of home.Marwadi Kadhi: The traditional Kadhi of North India but a less spicy version, this we found bland after tasting the spicy dal but taste wise was perfect had we tried this first.Khichdi: Made traditionally with split green gram dal and rice occasionally. It is a healthy option to have as a side or a meal itself. They used ghee instead of oil to make it healthier.Curd Rice: As small kids, we did enjoy curd rice and we did this time too. It wasn’t sour and slid right down our throats.Veg Dum Pulao: A mixed vegetable rice cooked to perfection and getting the spices right, this was our clear favorite.Malpua with Rabdi: Hands down the best dessert and the perfect end to our meal, this in itself was quite filling. Ghee infused small pancake with malai and dry fruits as a topping, this will transport you back to India.Mango Shrikhand: An off-menu item for the day and if you are a fan of pudding and mangoes this one is for you. A bit sour and sweet at the same time, we found this to be refreshing and cooling to our palate. We had a lot of servers attending to us but bonus points will be the Manager of Rasoi Ghar as well as representative of Socialism agency, Mr. Aravind attending to us personally. For the quality, quantity and being unlimited thali, the pricing is justified.

The Gujarati/Kathiyawadi thali at Rasoi Ghar is perhaps the best in Dubai. Not the most elaborate spread but definitely the tastiest. What sets this place apart is the demeanour of the staff. Everyone seems happy and always willing to help. And they feed you like you are at their house. This makes the experience all the more enjoyable.Sometimes, however, the place can get super crowded but they dont take reservations. So be prepared for a long wait if you go during a busy time. That said, you never feel rushed - so once you get your table, just relax and take your time to enjoy the amazing multi-course thali experience.

It was a decent experience, but unfortunately not to the level we expected from the reviews. The ambience was pleasent and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food in itself was good but non of the cuisines were unique or to level that you would ask for a second serving.
