Very bad experience in brunch rolla road , fat girl there she not respect anyone

Store doesnt follow quality management system. No complaint procedure adapted. No procedure to complaint provided. Authorised department need to conduct surprise audit. Store manager is not civilized and aggressive ready to attack customer. Need to be trained in attending to customer. But security personnel is good. Staff at customer desk are untrained. Felt mistake in going to the store. Will refrain from entering the store in future. Also Nesto and Lulu store and good option for quality and service and nearby too.

Very poor experience from this m city Mart , They charging more amount then mention in the barcode price label. If ask they saying vat.lot of item as price variation in. I rised concern about this to manager why should I pay more when price tag say price. He was rude , he didnt know what happening in the store. He said just pay this incorrect bill take item. They just fooling people . I will never go again this m city Mart

Shopping at m city mart was always fine.untill last day. I experienced the worst when I bought the fresh sprouts from your vegetables section ,eaten and got sick. Please dont sell the un safe and sub standard items as offer.Thanks

Special kailas kooriyat he dont even know people coming there to buy things.very bad behaviour high attitude for customers nobody there to stop his mouth using bad words even shouting to customers.i will not recomend this shopping centre.

I bought green mango I thought it new because its still hard but when I open all the mango was damage from inside.. Waste of money I want to post the photo very disappointed
