Probably one of the worst New W Mart I have had the opportunity to visit. My 3rd visit as live opposite this excuse of a supermarket.. it has No structure, the staff seem uncoordinated,mainly are from Indian, many of the staff just chatting, one counter open with a line of 20 or so customers. The manager interrupting the cashier by checking pricing for delivery or product price check. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PLACE AND NO FACE MASKS EVIDENT ON SOME OF THE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER! Other New Ww marts that have majority Filipino staff have a better and more professional standards and and place is a lot cleaner.

Worst experience with the cashier! She wanted to fit in sold items in 1 plastic bag which leafy vegetables so I told to separate it what she did is to separate but she drop the items like a gesture of get out!!! So I ask her with a normal tone if shes mad and why Shes dropping the items I bought she replied with a loud voice accusing me that I shouted her!!! Very rude Attitude she shouldnt stay there, Shes like a termites that destroyed your services. I have Colleagues the same experience with her rudeness! Teach her to become a good person Maybe her parents didnt teach her a good manner....

Good shopping place,they had everything i wanted. But there only problem is that they dont employ Africans so the moment you show racism in a business then youre losing it.I now proudly do my shopping at Carrefour Hyper market.

Its easy to shop with a variety of products..... But I went there for ice cream and they all frozen and covered with ice frost......

W mart is a one stop shop for all your shopping needs. The Butchery section, the fish market section or the electronic or the grocery, chocolates etc every section is bound to impress you! Try and see the difference. Happy Shopping!

Open 24 Hours and has all the Basic groceries you may need. I buy stuff to use at home on a daily. They have all payment options ( Cash or debit/credit card or apple/Google pay. Free home delivery for items worth AED25 and above in areas around Al barsha.

Scammers, over charge for everything. They add things to your receipt you didnt buy. Over charge for everything. Go buy from someone you can trust. Dont buy here.

Been requesting for a delivery through whatssap but no one is responding they have just seened my messages, i even called but they just ignore it.. My location is just very near , I cannot go there as I am pregnant. They should have atleast replied back , this is not the 1st time that they have done this.

The staff is not helpful. We ordered food items to be delivered to our flat and after ordering they told us that theres a minimum amount of 20 AED. How could it be because my flatmates ordered and its even less than 10 AED! After explaining that to them still they did NOT deliver! Such a bad service! Never order them again anymore!

I do not recommend their delivery service. I hope there will be another supermarket that will open here in barsha selling pork. Like that we have a choice. Delivery took more than an hour and if you follow up with them, they will lie and say its on the way even its not. Very unprofessional!!! Poor service!!!

We ordered fruits and vegetables for delivery from barsha branch, they gave us not a good quality. Banana is overly ripe and onions have defects.

West Zone Albarsha near MOE.. smaller than Satwa Westzone.. Pork still available.. veggies are available but in smaller variaties..not fresh enough.. groceries might not Carry your brands..fish very few not so fresh..

The fruits taste sweet. Reminds me of Pakistani fruits. Some things are expensive but some are cheap every where. but for fruit I trust you guys.

Westzone supermarket is amazing place especially for non muslim and Filipinos. They have a lot of Pilipino products , Sri Lankan products and of course Indian products. Very affordable and it has almost everything. With delivery and 24 hours open.

I went to buy some things and after the stage of paying for the money. The cashier, assistant, and watchman mock me for no reason . I always take pride in this place and go to it, but after what happened, I swore that I never went there again. I am not happy with this farce and irresponsibility and insulted and And disrespect the customers . 0star.

Very convenient store as it is open 24 hours, but be aware of the price before you purchase, as many items they have very high prices, my recent experience is I brought one alain freshly squeezed orange juice 330ml at the price of AED 10.95 and when I checked the same item at Carrefour the price is AED 5.25
