I think (hope) we used them on a bad day. An hour late, wrong address. We had to go walk two streets down to collect them. My 73 year old grandmother had to supervise them and it was such a hassle, as she had to check everything and ask them to clean countless missed spots (the staff were very friendly and tried but they were clearly not trained enough). Then the head office had the cheek to say that we should still pay them for the full time. Poor customer service and communication today.

Worst cleaning company EVER. They either show up late or just not show up. Any delay from their side means you have to keep the cleaner longer.Somehow the maid that showed up late managed to make the house dirty and more messy!The staff are not helpful and the manager is extremely rude

Worse service ever. I called on the 11th of June, way in advanced, to book for the 19th. kept waiting and nothing, so I called to see whats going on and they dont have my booking anymore.The lady insisted I was someone else. No apologizes and they didnt even tried to fix their mistake.Completely unprofessional.

Please be aware that, theyre not good at all, I change 3 and none good and over , things missing from my roon.Just after 2 days Ive raise the missing staff but my husband say to me dont wory they will not be tech with that.Please be AWARE
