Extremely unreliableCleaning ladies were awesome but the admin and management are terrible. Worst service I have received in Dubai in the last 7 years.

My first time with this Company in Dubai was great. They are fast and efficient in securing a booking. The lady who came was Viviane and she was excellent. She is extremely nice, polite and fast. Definitely will be using their services again!

❌❌ WORST COMPANY❌❌Very bad service. dont waste your time with this company. they cancel your appointment and never arrive on time and they tell you lies. They dont care about the time of the clients.... they dont show any respect. The girl in the telephone is name JOY she dont care about nothing.

Its very simple to sum this company up. Theyre rude, they do a half-job, and theyre unreliable.We used them for many months, but service has deteriorated significantly.

Punctuality was good. However the cleaning wasnt. I took 4 hours for my 25 sq m studio. My tiny bathroom took them 45 min and still isnt clean. White furniture was only dusted not cleaned properly. Kitchen was cleaned under the appliances however the appliances havent been cleaned its very obvious having dust. Very disappointed. The guys were nice but need to be trained to do proper cleaning.

Horrible service they make you suffer like hell first they confirm then they postpone saying the lady I booked has a doctors appointment then they change the time as per their convinience. Give another lady to inform that she will also be late because she is stuck in traffic. The. They message they met with an accident and they can’t come since afternoon 1230 to 345 3 different communications this is their horrible service and they leav you with no option and now today I hav no option to book with anyone at the nth minute

Worst ever, they cancel the last minute always if a new client wants my regular time, and they lie as they said both ladies have fallen in the kitchen and needed to go to clinc while I confirmee later from the ladies and another employee that is not true and this is just one example,
