PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR DAMAGES.I had such a horrible experience with Crystal Impact Cleaning.They missed cleaning a few areas, which I can forgive or dismiss. However, they scratched my brand new expensive bathroom chrome sink tap with an abrasive cloth that is dirty with debris. They also stained both my kitchen and bathroom rugs with bleach and both have lost their colour. One of the cleaners was very dismissive when given instructions to not touch certain things.I called the manager several times and he never returned the calls. I emailed the company and attached images of the damages and they did not write back with any apologies. They have purposely ignored me to avoid confrontation and me asking for compensation.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. Disappointing.I called the company 1 month ago to book. We agreed on everything. They were supposed to come today morning for a full deep cleaning. I reconfirmed with them 2 days ago. Called them all day today on their 2 numbers no body was answering. Finally got someone to answer, they told me they will check and call back, they didntand now they are not answering the phone again. Very unprofessional. I am moving in tomorrow and the house is dirty. Cannot rely on this company.I am now stuck trying to find another company that can come today.

Totally unprofessional!! Did not show up for my booking and not a single curtesy of a call to cancel or even answering my calls. I was expecting guests and the house was a mess awaiting for the company to arrive. DO NOT USE THEM!
