Very disappointed with this company.I booked a moving-out clean and was reluctant because it was expensive.....though I assumed the price would reflect the quality. I was wrong.The apartment was vacant so I let them go straight there to do their service and asked them to call me when they were done.They were at the apartment “cleaning” from 7.30am until 5pm. When I arrived at 5pm they asked me to meet them in the car park to pay them and I said no- that I wanted to check the work first.There were dirty marks all over the floors of the whole apartment, there was dust and hair in the bathrooms...... and all the kitchen cupboards Inside were dirty with food still in them.There was no care taken whatsoever. I made a complaint to the office and said they needed to complete the clean as I was handing back the apartment to the landlord the following day at 10am.To cut a long story short, I arrived again the following morning and the cleaners were there, I asked them to finish quickly and leave but they didn’t so they were still cleaning when I was trying to hand the apartment back to the landlord.I was so embarrassed and to make matters worse, the cleaners tried to charge me more for having to come back the next day.Complete rip off- not what I expected for 675 dirhams.

WORST Company EVER !! , they are fraud, I asked for a simple paint job and they came on time and everything went smooth , after their workers finished and the paint dried , I discovered that the wall still had the same defects , I called them and they came after 2 hours to try to fix it by they even had made it worth, I called there manager and sent him the photos of the wall (also I sent an email with the incidence) who at the beginning was considerate and told me that they will send them again the next day to fix it , I waited for them and they never showed up , I kept calling them with no answer at all , till I managed to reach one of their team members who told me we will come next day early morning !!! Also I waited and no one showed up , I kept calling on every number for them they never answer (intentionally of course!!) there slogan on the website is 100% customer satisfaction while they dont even respect their customersI dont recommend dealing with them (they take your money and disappear, check the reviews on Facebook)N.B: I asked for an invoice , they didnt send and also went to their office in Al-Qouz the surprise is they have no office there !!!!Below is the photos of their quality work !!!

I hired them to clean my airconditions including indoor, outdoor units and ac ducts.. they sent me 2 guys with almost zero knowledge with a vacume cleaner and clothes only !!! They used the vacume cleaner to clean the ac coil !! Damged it then I asked them to leave. So if you want to damage your air-condition call them.

I am very pleased with their professional and customer centric focus. The guys made recommendation and also went away to allow other maintenance works to finish and came back to get their part of the job done. They surely went the extra mile. Thankyou Mazhar.

Very happy with services! Team of 5 people worked using heavy duty professional equipment and chemicals, had their superwiser at all time monitoring process. My garden tiles was deep cleaned and I was amazed with result, it started to look like brand new, all water stains and stubborn built in dirt and rust was gone! Sofas was deep cleaned with dramatic result as well, smells fresh, look new now. Work was done prompt, on time as planned, professional, with good results. I absolutely recommend Smart Touch services as this kind of work cannot be done with regular cleaning by yourself or housemaid, it is deep cleaning which required once a year to keep house looking at top shape and healthy .

Very poor service. I had opted for deep cleaning service but it was not even equal to a normally paid maid cleaning service. When I had informed the manager post the guys left, he offered to send someone the next day but is now not respoding to my messages nor calls after 2days of follow up. Worst service. Never opt for deep cleaning service with them. I am planning for consumer complaint on them soon.

Tried Smart Touch service once to clean the plaster sticky marks on window frames. I tried a normal cleaning service, but no luck and they said chemical cleaning is needed, still not sure if the the chemicals will damage the window frame painting. However I tried Smart Touch cleaning service and they did good work.I clearly explained the problem with pics and they confidently confirmed that they can resolve this surely.Price wise, bit higher side but that was urgent need at that time. Overall experience was good at least in this case.

Mohammed and his team are extremely professional.We used their services for marble polishing and also for carpet shampooing and sofa dry cleaning. They did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend them. I booked the company to deep clean a villa I am moving into with my family, we had done some construction work in the villa and needed to be sure that the house would be clean and dust free before moving, especially as we have a young baby. The team arrived in the morning without a supervisor, with minimal Cleaning supplies and tools, stayed till 5pm and did absolutely no work. We have now had to delay our move and pay extra charges to different suppliers due to the lack of competence of this company. We were assured the utmost most professional and best service, but instead the house was a disaster. There was even urine stains on one of the toilet seats from one of the workers.

Smart Touch was recommended to me by my friend. They refinished my marble floor at the villa and they have done an excellent job!Everyone on the team was professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

I had to get 3 quotes for my landlord for AC ducyt cleaning and Smart Touch came in at one third of one of the bigger well known maintenance companies. The team came peomptly at the agreed time and serviced/cleaned the 7 units and condensers which took mostof the day. Cleaned up after themselves. Very happy to recommend.

These guys simply dont want business. Ive called them on two occasions and tried to book their services. Their owner or sales person agreed to send a cleaning team, but they simply didnt show up. When I tried to call and find out where they were, they just ignored all my calls. After a month or two I tried to book them again and once again they didnt show or answer my calls. So to all potential clients - dont bother.

This guys are not professional don’t call them.I ordered floor cleaning and buffing to make our floor shiny. Their staff washed the floor and put wax. But no buffing or shine at all. They made our brown tiled floor even more dull and smelly because of the chemicals they used.Then none of the staff speaks even a little English so they cannot understand why I’m frustrated.

Avoid at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and misleading.I asked them to do a paint job for a wall and had requested their opinion to pick a color. They were not responsive, but after completing the job, I noticed the color was not the same I initially wanted, and they kept telling me it would look different once it dries.It didnt. I called back nicely saying the workers did an amazing job, but we need to change the color.This mohammad guy I had coordinated with did not reply to my emails, nor to my whatsapp messages, nor to my calls.I had to look for another company to fix THEIR mess!Avoid this company! Very disappointing!

An absolute waste of time and money.So far away from being smart!!Brush storks are almost everywhere, the masks were apsolutily dirty, there isnt a one single straight line.No proper cleaning after the painting, ( if what theyve done can be called painting)4 hours job, as I was first told, well.. it took them 12!!! (and we are talking about a studio apartment).The best part was when they started to teach me, how to clean & re-touch their dirty work.

Worst ever service provider. Irresponsible staff, no invoice or receipt. Pathetic service. Booked them to do the carpet cleaning and shampooing. After they left, the rugs were left to dry. And we patted the rugs, there were still lots of dust, particles that couldve easily been removed through a powerful dry vaccum. However, when complaint was reported, the supervisor and staff went into a ignore mode and refused to answer my calls. They promised to come each time, but then would vanish.Never would recommend this level of poor service!

Liars! Owner and supervisor are liars! Don’t hire. They charge for AC cleaning/sanitation, but the job is so badly done. Not even the filters are clean. After heir performance I need to get the A/service again!!

Pathetic and Unreliable, the 2 best words to describe the service. I requested for an AC Duct cleaning service and was told it would take about 6 hours for the cleaning. The appointment was booked at 9:30am, after repeated calls we were told they would be here in 10 mins, these 10 mins lasted for every follow up call we had to make until it crossed 3 Hours of waiting! Thats right, 3 Hours after the confirmed appointment time we still had no service and finally decided to cancel the service. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE i did, i wasted half a day sitting at home waiting for them to arrive. Would never use or recommend this service to anyone.

This is the worst service ever!!! I e-mailed a few times and then phoned to confirm, made out the check and nothing... No call back, no response... Everytime i phoned Mohammed he said he will get back to me and he never did, i confirmed the cleaning with the client and Mohammed and they just didnt even bother to arrive or inform me that they wont make it!!

Smart Touch is a dodgy company, dont use them, they 1/2 cleaned my apartment said they would come back the next day to finish cleaning, polish floor etc etc and now they dont answer any of their phones and have my cheque also !

I am searching for a -star if any!!, this guys are really unprofessional and no ethics in work, I hired them for a floor polishing work and they messed it up, once they get payment (due to error from accounts), so please stay away from this guys...
