Dr. Pooja the gynecologist didnt care and didnt want to waste her time applying for insurance approval. So did I go there just to see her face? I didnt pay for her consultation just to listen from here that insurance will not approve, you apply, your job is to apply!!! She send me home without any tests just taking her consultation and was writing a long list of medications without proper tests !!! and vitamins that I must pay for in cash so that she can get commission !!! All 5 stars are fake reviews !!!

This is the best hospital based on my recent experience. My wife gave birth to my littile angel in this hospital with help of extra ordinary Dr. Pooja Jaisals advice and her supporting nurse staffs.All nursing staff were so kind with possitive attitude towards helping us and kuddos to Ms. Tasneem.I would specially like to thank to Mr. Alen Tandel, the one who helped us through out the entire process ever since we were referred to this hospital. The majour part for taking approval from insurance and its continues follow ups. Nothing would have been possible for us without his help.I find this hospital bit over budget for me but its worth value comapring their services.

This is simply a very nice and technologically advanced hospital.

They will never apply for insurance, especially the pharmacy, they will tell you this and that medicines are not covered, because they don’t want to waste their time checking your policy, you have to tell them to apply three times, then they will apply, i know this because i have Daman insurance app and i can see from the app if they applied or not, it’s very easy for them to lie,Second, you will take appointment at 4:00, you go inside the doctor’s room at 05:30Third, they are very lazy the don’t like to apply for insurance not only for medicine also for tests and lab proceduresDon’t know, maybe if the patient is okay with him to pay even if his insurance is covering what he’s going to pay, then it’s more profitable for them....“I’m writing this comment at 06:26 pm sitting in the car waiting for my wife who’s still in the hospital since 4:30 pm waiting for her 4:30 pm appointment for normal consultation (without any lab tests, only seeing doctor and pharmacy) “

I am calling the Canadian hospital since afternoon and up till now nobody from the customer service representative has received the call.I wanted to book appointment for covid-19 Sinopharm vaccine for my parents and my brother.Im calling again and again.First call was aborted,the second call was not connected and the third call was going on and it lasted for a couple of minutes but in vain and there was no answer.I think I have called the hospital maybe if Im not wrong more than 20 times.The customer service is extremely poor.No automated reply like if you other places they will mention that they have a lot of customers thats why they will make you and they apologize.They will mention the time if they are not serving customers at that time.I hope the hospital management should look into this matter as it creates discomfort among people that whats going on.I got frustrated as repeated efforts were not effective for me.This is the first time Im experiencing such thing from your side.Never ever something like this has ever happened before. It is little expensive but they have good services. All i dont like is you need to wait for your turn too long. They have specialist Dr. who can assure your good health. I went twice and both time it was a nice experience and i got well. Dr Samim Majid matto is a great Dr and can give you the best advise for treatment.

Canadian hospital dubai has charges of canada. Please train your doctors to not prescribe extra medicines for their or pharmacy benefits. I dont understand why do u need to give bag full of medicines its not reqd. Most of the times we heal in few days and the rest goes in garbage. Today I visited for eye checkup and I was given 10 boxes of eye drop..for which i had to pay 103aed even with insurance. u think its really reqd its insane. Now since its insurance copay you are not going to take the medicines back if I want to return ?? Pathetic..never going to visit their again.there are other good hospitals and less on pocket.

I would give 0 stars. Doctor pooja(the ob-gyn) was ok but she seemed in a hurry. However the nurse Tasneem was really rude and horrible. Only thing tasneem nurse cared about was how much we paid for consulting and if we’re interested in paying further for any tests needed.They shooed us out of the room in 5 mins of entering after diagnosing and when we said we might not be interested in further testing.No proper answers were given for my diagnoses until we asked a few questions.Anyone going to this hospital I would suggest pls don’t go...all they care is money is what I think. Even if you go I hope you don’t fall in hands if Tasneem nurse. Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. May report to Dubai Health Authorities.

I had a worst experience with Dr. Rehana Ishque Moin she dont have manner to speak to the patient . when i entered her clinic as if im come for free consultant. She tell me dont speak in English if you are from India speak in Hindi. My fees are in wast she did not even give me medication for my pain . I need the hospital team to refund my fees and to give me Dr. Pooja appointment . Im a patient for 10yrs and this was very heart breaking attitude of Dr. Rrehana .

It’s very good hospital. I stay there for 12 days. The doctors and nurses are very good, they care about their patients. The service is excellent. I do recommend this hospital. The food they provide also delicious.

I stayed in the Canadian Specialist Hospital for over a month being treated for shoulder surgery. The facilities are very, very clean and the nursing staff is so kind and accommodating. They are all really special people not just in their professionalism but in their care. The doctors are also kind and friendly and keep you informed of your progress and what is going on. I was really impressed with the care I received here. This has got to be my favorite hospital ever! I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff caring for me in the 5th floor Ward and of course to the Doctors as well. Wish you all the best.

They just change and cancel ur appointment, and then they well gave u another one after one month even if it not ur fault and they cant be professional about appointment section there call center too.

The service from Ms Fatima on 5th floor from reception is exceptionally feeling like back to home. She is very attentive and helpful in all ways.

Worst ever expirence in emergency 😡😡 i was there for 1 and half hour with same condition and pain. And they send me to pharmacy to buy injection for my self in same condition of pain which i cant discribe ; and when i came back after waiting over there half hour the pharmacy person said they forget to write injection name , wth they charge me consultation fees which i never met with dr.. i would never recemend to any one ...

Went for a dentist appointment, the reception as well as the nurse informed me that consultation cost AED 300. I said okay and will pay cash. after processing all documents and at the door of the dentist, the nurse comes out from the dentist office, closes the door behind her and says madam, consultation is AED400 .. I asked her what changed? you just told me TWICE that it was 300 and i approved. She said will we thought you were paying cash but since you have insurance reimbursement it will cost more!!!!!! Not sure what this type of PRICING is but it is definitely helping them pay their bills during this covid era! Refused to pay since i am the one being ripped off here.. At least they could have been smart about it !

Visited for PCR test for travel purposes, it took 45 minutes to just invoice for 10-12 people in queue which was on Thursday between 8-9pm.Flight was scheduled on late Saturday morning, with experience we had with other hospitals (got in 18 hours) thought test results will take max 24 hours.Visited on Friday between 9-10 hospital lab said after 12 midnight but not sure.Called call center who couldn’t connect to lab & shared email ID which I sent note @ 11pm. We were extremely stressed if report is delayed, flight will be missed - with sleepless night.Giving 2 stars, as lab emailed report @ 2am to day of travel.

One star only to write my comment, otherwise I’d give 0/10..First of all, answer the calls then we can talk ..

I did a PCR test - results were meant to be ready in 24 hours. 27 hours later and I still don’t have my results. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I need these results for a flight!

The receptionist had bad customer service for the PCR registration.I came with 2 a month babyboy to do the PCR. We missed the token and I asked if we can register. The receptionist just asked me to take another token and wait.After registration, there is a long queue.We have nothing to do but wait. What a shame!2 hours for registration and 2 more hours for sample collection.

I dont even feel like giving a star. Had the worst worst experience in this hospital.. i was soo sick down with fever for more than a week and i was feeling very weak and dizzy. I went to emergency and they booked my appointment with the doctor.. i told my symptoms and i told i am not feeling well at all i wasnt even able to walk and the solution they gave was drink water????? My insurance doesnt need an approval for blood test but they made us wait for 3 hours neither the nurse tried to contact the insurance company nor the doctor had ANY concern we waited for 3 hours to get covid test approved but it got approved after 12hrs... where as in belhoul speciality hospital dubai my husband went with similar symptoms and within an hour covid test was approved (and our insurance is the same ADNIC Silver) and while waiting for approval they started with the medication they gave him drips and pain killers they did his blood test everything was soo quick they have a team contacting the insurance again and again.. although i have the best insurance but i have no idea what kind of approval did the nurse sent to the insurance company from canadian specialist hospital.. she was sooo confused when we were speaking to her she had no idea about anything.. This was the first time i visited this hospital and had the worst experience ever...

Great experience being treated at CSH. From the staff at ER, OR, attending nurses at 3rd floor (who checks on me round the clock) the cleaning staff who never gets tired of cleaning the room and the food attendant. The nice food plating or food arrangement and selection of food daily is fantastic. Thank you very much.And the doctors - they are great and friendly😊Overall - fantastic team.

Unprofessional!!! Waste my time and money!Now I am very worried about my test results consider the whole experience and I will do another pcr test base on this experience.One of the worst experiences Ive had1) covid test in basement parking with room size like 300sqf, 11 chairs + 5 staff.ZERO social distance2)No clear sign for procedures. Wait 1hr for resgeration.I arrived saw like 20 people standing outside of the test room. Asked security about the procedures, got very confused.Saw one out one in. So I assume that was 1 customer per time.If I knew what was going on inside the room will walk out to another hospital straight!3) Group of Chinese came and have communication difficulty, staff kept asking me to translate which I do not mind.However, when do my nose swab, nurse saw a lady took pictures with her phone and he freaked out, put my test tube aside, asked me to told her delete whatever is on her phone before finished my test!So I had to stop half way, help him, then continued to blood test.I do not work here!I paid to do my test for my flight and just needed a proper organized test process!if the hospital cant take the flow then they should have changed their procedures. Yesterday visited Canadian Specialist Hospital in Dubai, close to Ministry of the Environment, for covid test, around 6pm, and after 14 hrs, receive results. Upon left hospital, I send message to [email protected] to send results to my email, as recommended by the lab and they did this.Result come as certificate with two stamps of doctors, in color, on the Hospital form.Outstanding. I did not even expect so fast respond.Just guide: on entrance, inform security for purpose and go to elevator and down to B2. Exit to parking, right side, appx 50 mtrs- collecting room entrance. I suggest to come evening- no queue.Good luck and keep safe.

One of the best hospitals in dubai with respect to Quality of Doctors.Paediatric department is excellent with all Doctors top quality. Dr. Shoib Shahzad one of best Doctors and Huma. Dr. Ramsey so nice and friendly. Dr. Abdulrahman great doctor and highly experienced. My kids felt always safe there whenever i visited.Dr. Malak dental doctor is very nice and welcoming and best of all.Internal medicine Dr. Ramesh is also i experienced great experience. Visited to see an ENT on 21st July , my experience was just surprising, first of all while waiting to see the doctor, the nurse asked me of my symptoms out in the hallway (consultation in privacy doesnt exist) Then I got into to see the doctor (thats how literally it was, he sat on his seat and me across the room) no physical exermination when my main complaint was a throat pain, the main reason I came to hospital is to have a doctor physically look at, feel for swelling look at the ears or unusual lumps or colour in the throat etc. But all he did is prescribe medication that I told him I have already been taking for past two days. Of course I raised the matter with the staff but I knew that they wouldnt want to go behind their colleague and they made it look like I dint understand, that the doctor wants me to take medication then return in three days for a proper examination. In my mind am thinking why would I pay consultation to see a doctor only for the doctor to tell me to come back before even doing an evaluation to pay to see him again without having established what was going on in the first place . Such a horrible experience. I definitely will be avoiding this place. I couldnt even argue with them coz I had pain in my throat to talk properly. Will seek an opinion from another hospital.

I dont know how I managed to leave a 1-star review the other day but it was a mistake!I have used the renal/dialysis department of this hospital over the past few years when I have visited Dubai for holidays (from the UK) and the care and cleanliness is to a very high standard! The nursing and admin staff are fantastic. The consultant was also very kind and attentive. I recommend this hospital.

At 14th of july 2020 I did my laser treatment my varicose vien on my right leg. The service and how the treat me was amazing. I did with doctor Samir Issa. I want to say big big thanks and I really appreciate how professional and fast and in good atmosphere he did his job. All the nurses were very friendly and gave their best. During surgery we talk, joke and I really wasnt scared of all this process and I can see everything. 👍

Hospital has good doctors and helpful staff. But the system needs lot of improvement. Had to wait 1 hour in pharmacy waiting for staff to correct their mistake in registration. Management is a clear issue there but still a good hospital.

Bad hospital bad stuff

Nurses are very good and quite friendly. Doctor is very gentle and very kind.Only problem with the food.Foods are not upto the mark.most of the time cold and testless and no variations.Room is fine with control temp as well as the washroom .Also the cleanness is very high standard.

Customer service is pathetic and doctors i doubt if they have real degrees. Doctors are naive and do not take interest to treat patient. I am never going back there. Had annual check up today and been very lucky to have very hospital and attentive staff. Special thanks for Ms Virginia who have been with me throughout the process and guided me until everything is done. I would recommend anyone who want to have their health checked to come and visit this awesome hospital with great customer service.
