The best store to shop if you prepare high end quality appliances, luggages, home decor and accessories and cookware. My personal favorite De Longhi and Le Creuset. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

Worst shopping experience from Jashanmal. Never expected such substandard products (pic attached) the product has been replaced with new packing. Such way of cheating customers. Also mislead me by offering discount vouchers, were I had to revisit them and claim those. I sincerely ask fellow customers to kindly verify before buying from this store.

Best time to shop here is during weekdays when the mall just opened. In weekends and sale period, it is packed and you wont be able to shop comfortably. Nevertheless, this shop carries good brand suitcases and bags.

I was shocked by the rude seller. Myself and my family were not expecting to see someone like that at this type of store. I tried to complain to the store manager who was out of the store. When he came back he apologized but informed me that Jashanmal do not have a formal channel to report my complaint and advised me to complain here on Google reviews. I hope no one else will have to deal with that seller.

When I checked online to buy a vaccum cleaner the stock was there so I thought of buying it directly from store,since I want it urgently. But when I reached there they informed me that the item which is in stock was customer returned and faulty one. Another model also with faulty and repaired I have been informed. I was a regular buyer from Jashnmal specially from Festival City branch. For this branch total thumbs down. Very much disappointed.

Extremely horrible aftercare experience, useless and unprofessional manager(Amir) in MOE, the only one who was showing care is the sale agent Nashim who should not be involved in aftercareI bought water dispenser showing it has fridge and FREEZER, called them few days after freezer, doesnt work, they said call service center (even tho its still within 14 days Exchange policy)Service center wanted me to send the fridge to them, but as exception they pick it up to fix, and then sense me new one as it was faulty, new one was also not working.All they offered is refund money, without giving me 50% voucher I used. ZERO start for Jashnmal and another ZERO for SURE water dispenser company

Terrible service by the team. They took my dishwasher and brought it back with tons of cockroaches in it. Now I have to get a pest control team to clean my house. I tried calling them a couple of times about it, but never heard back. This is ridiculous.

Been advised to buy kenwood brand electronics in carrefour and to get passes for prizes (rewards) and suppose to get 3 vouchers for entertainment, but they did not give me anything instead of this 40 useless emails, and wasted time, I will try to avoid in future everything related to Jashanmal company

Failed experience with La Germania product. An expensive oven was the worst product I have ever purchased. And the worst thing is Jashanmal’s service and not responding or paying attention to more than 5 emails to them to solve the problem. The product was damaged from the first week, and the holidays were repeated. Jashanmal did not accept to admit that the product lacks quality. Die problems melting furnace eyes. And then the glass breaks due to heat. The oven, which cost more than 5,500 dirhams, became unusable in just a few months.The worst product le germania oven. And the worst service from Jashinmal
