My husband and I were attended to by Amir upon our visit. We were looking for several appliances which included a new stove and dish washer. We were so impressed with his level of professionalism and great knowledge on the appliances. We loved the shopping experience in this store! We also met Grace, who was equally pleasant to deal with. It is through these two employees that we highly recommend this store! We appreciate the quality and variety of products and it has become our one stop shop for all kitchen and home appliances!

Filipino staffs are the worst ive ever met in this branch of Jashanmal. Management should look how these people are dealing with customer. Good that ive been assisted by Myanmar lady whom they are not treating well!

Never order online. Going on one week with no delivery and no customer service for online customers. All I got to was an operator that was so surprised their delivery policy says products will arrive in less than 2 business days. She also took my number and order ID twice but never called back. She kept transferring me to a non-existing sales associate. Online contact us page on order confirmation shows an email handle that is already a donotreply@ version. I filled in the form and no one replied for days. Finally reach the live assistance after 5 days and am trying my best to cancel.

Had great experience with Jashanmal sales staff at festival city mall, great sales support specially Grace who guided and followed up in every step till delivery of bertazzoni cooker I purchase. Keep it up

Jashinmal has the worst customer service that i have ever seen.I bought a cooker from jashinmal brand Electrolux before 6 months. During those 6 months they came 5 times to fix the same piece and every time after replacing the part it breaks after two weeks use.When  i contacted the manager Mr. S***l.He told that this part cant be fixed and i can just throw that part away and use the cooker without the safety glass on the top.I ASKED HIM why they didnt tell me when i bought the cooker that this piece has manufacturer default. He said the sales man cant tell you what are the bad things about our productsI have been trying to reach a responsible manager in jashinmal since two months with no serious responses.I hop that through media someone in management position will contact me to solve this issue of bad products that they sell for the customers.
