2XL was one of the best, but unfortunately their quality became bad, i just bought one day back bed covers and when i discovered that their is deffect in them, they refused to change or return it and gave unreasonable excuses. Sorry to know that 2XL quality is going backwards. Simillar things happened with me when I bought items from Ikea with a way way way better customer service even after couple of years and not one day !!!

I went today to redeem my adcb touchpoints as advertise in their shop as well. After spending long time trying to find something I like(personally I didnt like their selection much and I am indecisive as a person too) they told me they didnt activate the machine yet so I couldnt use them. In case you are looking to redeem your points in their shop too give them a call first.

Honestly, they do not have a taste of work. It ends at 10 oclock and we are still in the shop at 9.40 hours, the littat ice cream, and there is no respect for the existing customers, I mean throwing out my eyes.
