Store is definitely on the small side. However, a few of things were very nice. I liked the staff. One of the guys was very helpful. It’s not cheap, but the quality seems almost worth it. I bought a bunch of things last weekend. I picked up some towels, cushions, cutlery, and plates. I’m happy with the purchases. I’d give it 5 starts if it was a bit more affordable. They delivered everything on the same day!

I like their home scents collection, especially the floral-based scents. they also sell silk pillowcases, though i wish they sell them in colors other than white

Good quality items. If you are a low budget person, then its not a perfect match for you. The products are little bit expensive with no compromise in quality.

This is the by far the best sat a home branch I have seen yet in Dubai.With a new look it provides a shopping experience that this extremely satisfying.I like the collection offered this store and the fact that it maintains the Zara Home feel but with a new look.

I do not know why all the hype about Zara. Average quality and styles with exaggerated prices. Sorry Zara, I have to be honest

Just a Zara is a great destination for highstreet fashion, their Home sister store is equally the same for fashionable home goods. Their newly renovated, larger store is very stylish and the stuff you find makes you wanna decorate and design your space for sure

I just stopped by to window shop but I ended up buying something because they have really nice stuffs

During the last sale, I picked 3 items which were discounted and a label attached with the sale price, when I went to pay I was informed the price on 2 of the items were incorrectly attached and as such was charged a higher price, the teller admitted it was the staff fault and even though charged me the higher price... in my opinion this is a very negative behaviour that should not be practised in a brand such as Zara....

Closed for 2months?We went to Dubai mall to Zara home and it was closed. They said that it was going to be closed for 2 months which means up until Feb 2020 prob.

Very bad online service! Items took 3 weeks to be delivered! & on top of it I received it with 6 items out of 9 are with a metal security tag! Unbelievable how unprofessional and very bad customer service! Very careless and they don’t care as much complaints as I made!!!!
