Me and my husband both love this shop and we always come here to look for nice things for our home. I went 2 days ago on 1st July around 1.30 pm to the store and I only purchased one glass because we bought tons last month and we broke one unfortunately so I only went there to buy a replacement. There was one cashier and one customer in front of me. When it was my turn , she simply ignore me and pretend to look elsewhere ????! I mean Im standing right in front of you?! I had to ask her , may I pay? She didnt say a word (not even hi hello or didnt even try to make eye contact) after paying, she simply said thanks and turned away to do something else.I love all your furniture, home decorations and kitchenware, but this horrible and ridiculous customer service is only going to turn people away and lose more business.

Great shop but missing a lot of parts. And when they try to call the mirdif shop to check availability, no answer from them..

Amazing and very impressive customer service especially from sales executive Tonny and Nick, one of the managers. They have been so professional and very helpful, understanding and accomodating of our many requests. They have really gone the extra mile and definitely deserve 5 stars!

Great service I received from Shawkii: he had great suggestion as I wasnt sure what to buy, and as an item was out of stock he went to another branch on his day off to bring it to MOE for me.Really, the perfect service that will make me come back to Crate and Barrel MOE for sure, congrats to Shawkii!

Great staff and nice stuff, a bit over priced but they have amazing furniture

Like their furniture, nice design. However I bought six chairs from them and there is a quality issue (see attached picture). This is the second chair Im returning to them so hopefully it wont happen to all 6...I suggest that you avoid this chair model. Their customer service is good.

I just love everything about this store.

We purchased our couch several years ago in the mall of the emirates. Our spring broke the week we came gone with our newborn in April. We agreed for the couch to be collected in July and it was fixed for free and returned promptly within a week. Superb customer service

Very Poor Customer Relations. I tried to order online and I received an error message from the site and a payment confirmation from my bank. When I tried to contact Crate and Barrel, They put you on hold for a long time if you call. Contact email is not working. When you message in Facebook, they wont reply even when they are online.

Untrained and careless staff. Looks like the owners/managers dont bother investing in training and prefer to pocket all proceeds.

If you are a crate and barrel fan you will love it. Im not and find its over priced and very expensive. Staff are fantastic though and happy to help.

Quality furniture. This shop is in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, UAE. it has a very elegant collection of furniture and house hold. I especially like their sofas, dining chairs and dining tables, though they have many other elegantly designed kitchenware and living room paces, storage furniture, bedrooms, chairs and many others

Great service from Suchi but bad service from Amna, who was sick and coughing on the items I bought while she was ringing them up at the till. Also, their no returns policy for an unused table cloth is pathetic.

I see a lot of staff but they like to ignore customers. Poor customer service

All my future projects are going to be Crate and Barrel for sure.We got the Strut Bookcase bourbon, strut bourbon glass top table 70, beckett 3-high shelf sable, austin 78 media console, wyatt grey media console 72, tucker grey rectangular trunk, tucker grey square trunk, tucker grey side trunk, yukon grey console table.All of them are amazing! Love them!
