He treats people of darker colour badly and just wants to cater to people of lighter colour. He doesn’t even care to call another staff member to help a customer even if they are genuinely interested. I had decided to not buy today but Ms Mary Grace and Mr Rabindra were extremely genuine and helpful. Would have given them a 5 star if not for Mr Dhan’s behaviour.

They have very good collection ans the store is not usually crowded. So shopping becomes relatively easier.

I am registering complaint about the delayed delivery ,for the Ref(40002605566820210409), to our order of the (09/04/2021) for the invoice .We are extremely dissatisfied with your service. As per the invoice ,its mentioned we can expect delivery on 19/04/2021, as the goods are most urgently wanted.We received our items on 19/05/2021(more than 1 month).Every day we are following up to receive the item. We arent getting proper response , & we waited lengthier to obtain items.Customer care executive told us item will delivery on 01/05/2021,after that reschedule to 11/05/2021 , 14/05/2021, 16/05/2021.Atlast we extremely fed up & regret to improper service. And its our need so we send our staff in the warehouse to collect the items. This is simply not the first time we have had to complain of delay of deliveries of goods ordered, in addition to, we particularly stipulated intended for prompt delivery when giving the order for a representative, who promised to delivered on 19/04/2021.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by Home Centre products and service.Will never buy from them anymore and I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything (especially furniture as they are poor quality) from this company. Customer service is very bad (when they deign answering).

If you’re trying to get in touch with customer service after sales, you should absolutely forget it. It is so difficult to get a hold of anyone through phone, email and even social media. It’s impossible to get anything done in terms of return because no ones getting back to you. If you hold the line you might as well hang up because no ones going to pick up the phone. As much as I love Home Centre products their services don’t live up to any expectations.

Worst shopping experience in Dubai! Please don’t buy big furniture here! I bought a mattress which they can only schedule to delivery in 9 days. And guess what? Nobody called or delivered anything after 9 days! There is no way you can reach any customer service.I called 5+ times, was on hold for long time, there was literally nobody answering any calls. Seriously you won’t be here any live human talking on the home center customer service phone.

Bought a dining table that should’ve been delivered within 9 days but it wasn’t here after a month and when I went to the shop to inquire the staff started helping me then halfway through the interaction another staff butted in and I was put on hold while they sort the other customer. Is there only one pc to check this stuff? Aside from that upon further inspection they told us that it’s not for delivery but we had to pick it up. Why were we not told about this a month ago? Do not buy from this store any big furniture!! Go anywhere else but here!

Bought a king size bed, after 5 months the bed collapsed because we found out they didnt install the support in the center of the bed .After my complain I ended up to pay 400 aed to fix it, no warranty applied.Unbelievable

One star too much for those who not respect customer time the promise time from 10 am to 1 pm and suddenly when I call the driver he said from 3 pm to 4 pm because the have alot of work so they think that they are only the one who have work 🤨

Worst customer service ever !!!! It took them 4 weeks to come and check the furniture that was broken (thanks to them ) and after that I had to pay an extra 500dhs to have it fix it !!! Guys if you read this , go to IKEA !!!! IKEA is gold compared to Home centre .

Mall is good and less crowded, have limited stores but the pricing is cheap while the qualit of the products are also not that great unless branded. Must visit and sun and sand stores has collection of shoes at low price.

So disappointed with this service, we were told our delivery would be in the afternoon, so went out for the morning to then receive a call from the delivery guy at 11am to say they were at our house. To then be told rudley that they would not return in the afternoon, so disappointed .

The bad shop in dubai. The staff not respect the customers. They are dealing with clients based on mode and nationalities. I have bad experiance with this shop. I wait 1 hour nobody help me. Even i call supervisor to complain. Also he is the same other staff. They dont have experiance. To be exact in this the furnitures staff only and supervisor. Except one staff Mr. Mohammed he is nice person. But others need a lot of training how to deal with clients.

Their flagship store in Dubai.. Pretty much everything you can need for the home, except appliances.

Furniture delivery delayed for over a month and when I approached the store manager for the whys all he has to say is that its not his job and I can cancel my order if I want. Horrible customer service since their 800MYHOME never worked plus the customer service and store manager both lied. Theyre not worth the follow-up not even a 1 star really. Its a shame. I think aside from investing on marketing/advertising the management also has to invest training their Line Managers as well as Customer Service Team members.

Delay delivery and bad service

Home Centre outlet in Oasis Mall in Dubai is a very large setup. It has furniture, furnishings, home decor and such other items for household requirements. They claim to have great discount offers on prices and provide all your requirements under one roof. We did find some bargains, but some items were beyond our budget. Worth a visit for their style and showroom ambience.

The staff was bit hard to see. When they are with a nother customer thats it, they dont see the other customers. Great selection of house goodies. Had to stop myself in buy too much, when is to much, toooo much ;-)

Varieties of furniture and home decor. Used to be affordable but not anymore. They have hiked their prices in the past few years to the extent that my family stopped buying from them. It is not the prices, rather than the overpriced items that are not justified.

Good furniture for the price that we used to like when we were in Bahrain. In Dubai, very poor customer service, delays in delivery and unprofessional delivery staff and careless customer service. We filed two complain without response and we filed a complaint in the consumer protection so they reacted.We cancelled our orders and we will not purchase anymore from this brand.

I cannot pick up my furniture, and I cannot get it delivered. If I don’t get delivery by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to cancel my order and demand a refund. Sales team was fine, the delivery team don’t exist, as far as I can tell.Oh, And don’t bother calling as they don’t answer their phones.

What a disappointing and unprofessional company. Starting with the shopping experience, none of their staff members are smiling, friendly or helpful. Their deliver service is a mess. Not accurate nor professional. They had me stay home every afternoon for 6 consequtive days until they delivered my items. My manager even deducted half a day for the 3rd and 4th time.Even when the head of customer service informed me that he is personally taking care of my case, they failed to deliver. I would highly recommend Home Box or Ikea. Time is money and unfortunately Home Center take customers well being and time for granted. Shame to experience such unprofessionalism in Dubai.

I took a sunshade back because it was falling to pieces, happy in the knowledge that when i bought it i was told it had a 2 year wind and sun anti tear warranty. Of course when I took it back I was given a different story. The manager promptly told me the sunshade is not meant to be put in direct sunlight. God only knows where they find these people. Obviously they havent called me back either with a resolution. Dont waste your time or money here, the store is full of substandard products.
