The store has reasonably priced things. From furniture to crockery and cutlery, kitchen gadgets, cleaning equipment, comforters etc. In short it has all possible things required to set up and run a house. All things are basic and simple. Not much fancy stuff. If you are on an average budget then this is one of the places to go.

Worst experience ever. If people want to waste time and get treated rudely by the staff then surely can visit their store at bur dubai . They give wrong information on products and pricing . Dear All, If you want to waste a lot of time and face the worst customer service ever - order with them online. Wrong product was delivered. In spite of the the fact that the correct one was confirmed by them online for delivery. Asked to exchange to the correct one as per order details - their customer service informs you - no exchange - return only .... Means they knew in advance that they do not have the product I ordered and hoped I would accept another - wrong one... It is the first time when I face such situation in the UAE. If you want to waste time and money - order with them online.... And have fun with their customer service and their unique policies. And stay with the wrong product or waste your time with the efforts to return it to them.

Had a great shopping experience at Homebox center point mall. I needed kitchen utensils aand was having trouble deciding between 2 options. One of the staff, Ms. ROWENA, very kindly offered 2 sets of pan so that I could compare. I truly appreciate the extra mile in her customer service because it made my task that much easier. She helped me through the whole shopping, directing me to different areas for the different items I needed to purchase, and all that with a friendly attitude, which made my experience a pleasant one. All the staff that I interacted with yesterday were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. 👍

Absolutely disappointed again with HomeBox, this is became regular experience now when it comes for delivery lead time and installation.A complete waste of time and money.After Paid extra for the delivery charge and waited 7 days, the furniture came in loose box with missing hardware parts, it looks like the furniture box is already opened or used.Hope HomeBox team will Note my above comments and take some necessary action in order to improve their service.

When I visited the shop, my sales experience was very good. However, the post sales service was extremely horrible. I ordered a mattresses which was slightly bigger than the bed. So I went to center point shop and asked them if they can replace and they said only customer care can do anything about it. Upon calling customer care, they said they will not take back any items which is delivered. It is to be noted that I informed them within 1 hour of the delivery that the mattress is not fitting and did not even sit on it. Even the sealed covered was not removed. The customer care was very rude and said this is their policy and they cannot do anything. This is the last time I am buying anything from this place. Extremely disappointed with their service.

You must try their diffuser varieties. Its a bit expensive but worth the buy. I got one Mediterranean citrus scented diffuser and my washroom smells fabulous and fresh. It doesnt vaporise quick and so lasts longer than expected.

Placed the order for a mattress at the burjuman store on 27th August. No one informed the mattress was not in stock at the time of placing the order. Got the delivery date as 29th August. Delivery didnt happen on 29th, have been informed by customer care that the mattress is out of stock and sleven HomeBox doesnt have an update on the ETA from factory. Such a ridiculous service and no one bothered to call and inform. I do not recommend buying from Homebox as the service is not at all worth the money they charge. Worst customer experience and utter useless service.

After sales service is very bad , Dont buy the IPACK mattress it do not last even two years , they wont come and check it even you register a complain for months now. very poor service. unfortunately, I love home box products as its economical but the after sales service is shocking.

Good day HomeBox Centrepoint!I hope youre all doing well as you receive this email.I just wanted to share my long overdue experience in your store last October 2, 2020.Its my second time to visit your store, the first one was about 3-4 days before that specific day.I was just very happy and delighted with the wide range of furniture and products that you have in your store. It was jam-packed that day, and its so hard to find someone who can help me because almost all of your staff are engaged with other customers. Ive tried to be patient and waited myself in the line, but every time its almost my turn to get assistance, the staff either have to run somewhere or another staff will be calling them and will not get back to me anymore.But with one staff of yours, named ARFAN or IRFAN, I hope I remember his name correctly, he was one of the staffs thats very busy, he saw us waiting on the side of another staff for a good 15-25 minutes, weve been switching back and forth from these two other staffs when he suddenly asks how can he help us (I was with my two friends that time).Hes the only staff that genuinely acknowledge our presence, he even apologizes to us for waiting too long to get assistance. To make the story short, with Irfans help, I ended up buying a white cabinet thats not too expensive but worth the money and quality and fits perfectly in my super tiny room.Thank you to Arfan/Irfan, for being so helpful, accommodating, and polite. Despite being busy, he managed to give a friendly smile and helpful ideas to us and other customers waiting for him that day.I salute your team for having such an outstanding and amazing staff.That same day I shared my experience with my flatmates and rave about the best customer service I received since IKEA. I recommended that they visit your store or check your online shop since they love my cabinet too. The customer service agents and infrastructure on all platforms are the most unprofessional and unresponsive team I have encountered in the UAE. I purchased a sofa set from the homebox centre point store and scheduled delivery the following week because that was the only date available. It never arrived and everyone from customer service were unresponsive. Finally got through to someone at their Dubai Head Office +971 4 517 2300 who promised to have the store supervisor call me back in 20 minutes. When the call never came, I called the same number several times but the lady didnt take my call. While Mohamed from their WhatsApp platform was a complete waste of time and data.
