Had a wonderful experience at this branch today. One of the best customer services received ever. Joy has been extremely helpful and patient with us. She assisted us with our furniture requirements and was definitely so joyful to deal with. Definitely coming back and asking for her assistance.Also happened to come across Abhijeet, who is new and he assisted us with all our heavy beddings and accessories. Very pleasant personality. Check your receipts!!!I bought over 350AED of pillows and bedding bc the sign said it was on sale. Got the receipt, and THEY CHARGED FULL PRICE!!!!I raised it to the manager, Khalid. He said he needed time to check with the department. He went and didnt return for over 15min. He then came back and said the department made a mistake and put the wrong signage and that he would not honor the advertised price!I wasted over 90min at this store!NEVER AGAIN.I returned ALL my items.Such poor management.

This is what was delivered. And fixing team hide it as it was not in visible location. 800 number never answered. Email never answered and 5 days without any reply. I had to file complaint with consumer rights and wast my time with home center poor customer service. Be carful while shopping with them.

Really worth a visit, especially the kitchen tools section; furniture is too baroque style for me, but thats just matter of taste. Have always a look at the Offers Corner (or whatever they call it): Ive found a great cupboard, plain white, at 1/3 of the original price because was the last piece. The clerks are kind, even if sometimes a little too slow for my standards. And be aware: avoid the weekends, if you dont like noisy kids.

Me and family visited home centre last week on Thursday as usual and my 1.7 year old nephew was playing around and all of a sudden he slipoed and hit his head on a sharp edge ..though it was minor cut he was bleeding , when I and my sister asked for first aid at Reception of home center , I was shocked that they do not have it ..if they do then they have not trained the staff or none of them are aware of it .. we had to run all the way at the security and run to the washroom ..first aid kit is really a basic thing to keep .. a person who needs a basic cotton or bandaid in case of emergency has to run all the way to a security room ..Soo disappointed..

This retailer has a very bad after sales service. We ordered a Simba mattress and upon delivery it was clear the item was defect. It took them 10 days to get us a replacement and we warned them not to bring us an old stock item again. But as we expected, the delivered product was from the same production batch and again over a year old and obviously again defect. We now get our noney back and we are back at square 1 with over 2 weeks lost time The way this was handled was so customer unfriendly you have no idea.... We called the helpdesk 20 times and half of the times there was no one answering...great... At no time they showed interest in helping us out on short notice with a temporary replacement and at no times someone in higher management took our claim serious. Shockingly bad service for a brand this size. Buyer beware....

My husband and i were in the shop for 90 mins looking for bedroom furniture. No joke we asked 3 people for assistance and every single one said i will ask my colleague to come and no one ever did. Once we actually found someone he couldnt even be bothered by the looks of things. He was leaving us while doing a sale and chatting with his colleagues. Not to mention the DELIVERY. We wanted 10-2pm as our building doesnt allow deliveries after 6pm and it never showed. we called and explained it has to arrive before 6 and the told us it will. GUESS WHAT? They called us at 5.55pm asking if the can come deliver it now!!!! jOKE. We ended up returning everything and going to dragon mart.

I have been told that they have 14 days return policy and there is nothing that can be done, although the product is still in stock and could easily be sold. I went also to Crate & Barrel to return another item and managed to get a refund immediately, no questions asked. Completely different customer service

I suppose to collect the delivery on 28.09.2019 and i have visited next day morning but the material wasnt ready. On that day the security stand next to the collection area treated me very badly. He was arrogent and claiming that they cant keep once the material is ready and i have to stand there otherwise they dont fix the material. He was acting like that he was doing favour to me and spoke to the manager to fix the material and to collect it in the evening and he agreed. No one has called us yet and we are trying to reach the customer care since last 2 hours but all there reps are busy.The same customer care has shared the contact number of the delivery guy but that number is wrong also.it seems home center is miscommitting the timelines of delivery with no follow-up. If you guys cant handle the sales than whey you promote and commit the customers false and inadequate timelines.Would rate your delivery services poorest so far.

The best store for your home shopping in uae. Has a great variety of options in furniture, home decor that comes with a great discount most of the times. Its a little expensive than home box but quality of the products make up for it.

We bought a dining table, a coffee table, side table, nest table, and a buffet. Staff members said that the items that were going to be sent were new but what we got were items that were on display. They were damaged and unfixable. The customer care service was utterly careless as they have no appreciation for the time and effort spent picking those items out. The call center never responds and therefore needs significant improvement. The only solution in their perspective is a refund and this is unprofessional and unacceptable. No investigation was made and they didnt even try to find out how their old products reached our household. Their only solution is to take your money back and go!

Bought many expensive couches and sofas from here thinking I got a great deal, less than 8 months later the armrests sink in and the AUTHENTIC leather cracks. No warranty, no return, no refund.
