Very clean and quiet location, great for having a long walk around the canal, all the main services are in the same tower: barber, pharmacy, restaurant, pet shop, mini market, coffee shop and laundry.

Not my favorite tower in Downtown. A bit old, a bit dirty.But rents are cheap.

Beware.. if you’re seeking comfort and cleanness, do not choose Mayfair tower- specially apt. 1103.You will have the worst Indian neighbors. Specially who live in 1102- loud, vulgar, keep their door open all day and keep their cat on your doorstep all time.Building is fine if you’re okay with bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Construction noise, vulgar cafe below the building that’s closes at 3 am.Only positive thing is the view. Other than that it’s by far the worst building I have ever lived in.I’m literally counting days to move out. It’s never about the view after all.FYI: Other reviews are misleading. Don’t fall for the rating.
