I stayed at the South Ridge apartment for 2 months and it was a great experience. The location is outstanding, less than 5 min walk from the Boulevard and few min from Dubai Mall.The apartment is very clean, and Key View Staff are very professional and reliable. Whenever I faced a problem with the light bulbs they would send someone to fix it right away.Thank you so much. Ill definitely come back and stay here again!

Ive been very impressed with the performance of my units, which have seen high occupancy rates throughout the year and glowing reviews left by satisfied guests. Id especially like to mention Jake, Alex and Andre, who have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They are professional, easy to commuicate with and totally transparent. Be careful if youre a guest booking for your holiday or a property owner asking Key View to manage your apartment. Shoddy customer care and unprofessional.I stayed at The Address, Dubai Marina from 17 Nov to 29 Dec 2020(I paid Key View for a 6 week stay) so I have a good insight in to how this company operates.Originally I booked from 17th to 10 Nov in room 1815. Partway through my stay, there was planned maintenance work needed in the bathroom. I wasnt aware of this at the time booking. However, it was not a problem as I was told this was low-level maintenance. However, on the day it turned out the works needed would be more significant and I couldnt stay in the apartment. I dont think Key View were aware of this.I messaged Alex at Key View. Alex responded and moved me to room 3007 that day. Great, it was all being sorted (or so I thought). It took me around ½ day to pack, move and up pack again. Room 3007 has a much better view of the marina and more sunshine. (Room 1815 doesnt get any real sun as its on the other side of the building, and the views of building work/site).Apartment 3007 was lovely so I extended my stay (on the 25 Nov) until the 29 Dec, based on booking room 3007 through the Christmas holidays. This was confirmed, see the screenshot of the text. However, two days later, on Friday 27 Nov, the Guest Relations Manager, Andre, turned up at my door asking me to move to another room that day. I also had missed calls from Harrison. They had another client who wanted room 3007 that day. On the day, I was feeling so unwell but to cooperate, I said I would look at the new apartment. It was a one-bedroom, but opposite the building works, not much sunshine and noisy. I declined the room as I was happy in 3007.2 days later, Alex called me and said that I could either move out or take a refund! Basically, theyre throwing me out of the booked/paid for the apartment. Alternatively, I had to leave 3007 on the 14 Dec and could go back to room 1815. I felt so bullied. I was travelling alone, and I couldnt believe they would do something like this. I had no fallback plan, so I reluctantly agreed to move back to 1815, even though I had already paid for 3007. I had no means of escalating a complaint. No other proper hotel or apartment service would treat guests like this.On the day I moved back to room 1815, Andre, the Guest Relations Manager, helped me move. While he was there, I expressed how upset I felt. How horrible the whole experience had made me feel. Especially when I was told to either move-out, take a refund/move back to an apartment I hadnt booked in the first place and give up my original booking so another guest could move in to 3007. Why was I being inconvenienced and treated like this, with no gesture of goodwill, nor discount offered? Andre promised and promised he would get back to me with some kind of proper explanation or gesture - he would do all he could to put it right. I never heard from him or the team about this AGAIN. I didnt chase Andre on this as I felt Key View would kick me out of the apartment anytime. I was on tender hooks for the rest of my stay, I thought they would terminate my booking just because they could. It was horrible. My Christmas was ruined, plus 1815 was freezing in the evening, due to no sun during the day.If youre a guest, be aware they are working on behalf of their clients who lease out properties, so theres no recourse to complain or report shoddy service. You will end up paying for their mistakes with no gesture of goodwill/compensation.∫If youre a property owner, paying Key View to represent you, ask yourself if you were travelling overseas alone, would you want this type of treatment when paying for six weeks? If guests were staying in my apartment, I would like them to have the best experience possible. Whether that was dealing with me directly or via Key View.Key View not only operated unprofessionally but lacked any customer care. Book at your own risk.

Key view is an amazing team, I rented an apartment for a week at DIFC. We rented an apartment in Royal Oceanic Tower 2304, spent 20 wonderful days in it. Spacious terrace, bright rooms, there is everything you need for living. The management, at our request, quickly eliminated the issues that arose, for this special thanks. Very convenient location, next to a large grocery store 24/7, pharmacies, hookah place, tennis courts, medical clinic, taxi stand. A couple of minutes walk to JBR, Dubai Marina, a lot of establishments, a beach. The Apartment has a parking space, which is also convenient. The gym is small, but equipped with the necessary, two separate gyms: cardio and strength equipment.
