One of the best burgers and fries I have ever had. This is a different kind of fast food, like it were cooked at home. Now I understand why there are a lot of people all the time. You must try these beef and cheese potatoes. The chicken burger had a really special sauce. 100% recommended, will definitely come again

Visited on a crowded weekend evening and the service was a bit slow which was probably expected but the food more than made up for it.The double smokeshack was delicious, good flavor with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The chick n shack burger however was a little disappointing with less sauce and undercooked chicken. Chicken bites were scrumptious and tasted great with classic honey mustard sauce.

4/514th May 2021Came here while on my visit to Dubai Mall. Ive always heard a lot of this place so decided to finally try it.Ive always had the assumption that Shake Shack is expensive but the prices are pretty ok.I tried the Shake-ago Hot Dog, Cheese Hot Dog and Vanilla Custard float.The Shake-ago Hot dog was tasty but the cheese hot dog was too cheesy for my liking.The float was delicious as well.Really liked the place and the ambience, will definitely come back.

Orderd the Chipotle chick n shack burger along with a classic chick n shack, very nice juicy. Their classic lemonade was a bit too tangy yesterday for some reason, but other than that it was just delicious.Served on time.

It’s so delicious and amazing taste.You can find your menu direct by scanning the QR code directly and choosing from online menu during just sitting and asking the others what they wanna order.Then even you can add instructions for food preparation and pay online also as well, just give to their staff the order number.That’s all.And enjoy your super delicious food.

Over priced. The hotdogs, the burger and the shakes were fine, but not wow. I think I could have enjoyed similar items at much lower cost at other fast food outlets. Setup is nice and ambience is pretty good with ample of sitting options and good safety precautions taken.

One of the best burgers Ive had in a while. Its Shake shack. You cant go wrong with their smash burgers and fries. The service is pretty good, but I really hate the guy hired just to ask me how my meal was every five minutes instead of just letting me have my lunch in peace. Its a bit extra and creepy. Others might feel differently than me.It is a bit on the expensive side especially since there isnt a combo option with your fries and drink but its worth the price in my opinion.

I gave it 3 stars because the service is good and fast. However, the chicken sandwiches all had fibrous bits and very tough.

Good but expensive, strange thing is they dont have combos, you have to order everything separately which makes them more expensive, the burger is actually tasty and big and makes you full, I didnt order fries or drinks and I was full of sandwich alone, because I ordered the biggest sandwich there, the menu is not straight forward you might get lost in it for a few minutes at first, the waiter there was some how trying to enforce me to try a new sandwich there in a weird way, but I insisted on another one after all.

The burgers made here are probably the best Dubai has to offer. Which is what you would expect from Shake Shack.The people there are extremely nice. Felt a bit overwhelmed when the same person asked us how our meal was twice and said hello and goodbye. I think thats pretty much his job. Just seems like overkill to me.Also cant give it 5 stars since its a bit overpriced for what you get even though theyre pretty good. Its small and you cant get a combo which seems to be a norm at every shake shack. A double burger, A drink and fries put a serious burden on my wallet.

Tasty. Far too expensive for this. At AED 40 for something that is no bigger than a single slider burger and doesn’t include fries or a drink, that’s one expensive burger. It is tasty, but a McDonald’s quarter pounder with cheese is only AED 16.75, and is just as tasty.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered through zomato. The shack sauce was missing and I couldnt eat the fries without sauce & so dry. First I contacted zomato he couldnt help at all, he didnt even try to help!!! Then I called the restaurant which told me the same I cant do anything which is very dissapointing. Never ever again.

This time it is ok and better than the last time the chicken burger 🍔 was good but not best and the beef burger 🍔 was very bad have a hard piece inside the meat and the taste of 🍔 was normal not like other in the same kind of restaurant and also the price very high than other but the staff was very friendly and so kind and cooperative i am not recommended this restaurant for any one ☝️ to until improve the burger 🍔 and reduce the prices i hope 🤞 the admin read my reviews and try to contact me ASAP to explain to him why i am not satisfied

Fast-food fare at fine dining price, probably because of the ambience and view of The Dubai Fountain. The Shroom Burger was nice and juicy but not crisp. Crinkle-cut fries with veal bacon and cheese was a little too salty. The chocolate Concrete frozen custard drink was just right in terms of sweetness but not as creamy as I expected.

This is THE BEST place to eat and enjoy the fountain show.The food is great just like the other shack shacks. I mean we visit a chain store for consistency not uniqueness, right?The staffs are outstanding, the kindness.Atmosphere is great too. Must visit place in Dubai. I’m definitely coming back, and if you haven’t you definitely should try this place.5 star with an excellent sticker to this place!Don’t mistake, this is the one in Souk Al Bahar.

We were asked to place and order online and the food would be delivered directly to the table which is an excellent service. However, after trying to pay twice online they seem to have an issue from the site and we had to eventually go to the counter to place the order.I ordered the smoke shack burger single which was yummy and light. The fries were fresh, crisp & perfectly salted.We also ordered the chicken burger to share unfortunately it was disappointing. I have tried frozen chicken burgers that taste way better.Overall, would surely recommend the place for beef burger & fries.

Very disappointing for a first time customer. Service was slow, fries were cold, not much action behind the counter. There are times when staff should be on mobile phones, certainly not while completing orders. Wait staff were obvious aware as they continued to ask for orders and checking our number.

It was a average shack burguer is missing a couple of points in terms of location within the mall but is also a place that gets plenty of attention for being a complete Shake shack shop. The staff was great but the time to perform the orders was slow.

The standard is as good as the one in New York but the patty is really really thinly sliced. For the price I pay, I think I’ll rather have something else rather than this. But it’s comfort food and it’s something that doesn’t go wrong.Just abit on the pricy side. Yup

Located within the Dubai mall next to the Burj Khalifa. Same layout as the original US stores and nearly the same flavor. Juicy patty and crisp fries. It’s a little bit pricey but it’s worth it.
