Two storey branch offering seating on both floors (and a kids play area that is unfortunately still closed off and not in use).The food is pretty standard fare from Burger King, and this branch seems consistent for the fast food chain. The menu isnt that extensive, but carries the usual beef and chicken burger options, sides including simple chicken options and the odd dessert. Meals are normally sold as meal sets including fries and a drink, and theres also a kids menu.For an international fast food restaurant, it could be cleaner - its not particularly bad, but tables and seats could be wiped better, and the toilets could be more regularly and better maintained.Service is OK - staff temperament is direct and to the point, and overall service is reasonably efficient for a fast food chain.

Nice place. Food quality is up to standards. Staffs are welcoming nature. Rates are reasonable. But the thing i didnt like is that dont smile much...

This place is not hygienic. Yesterday I was there with my family and when I went in washroom, it was untidy. Then soap was not available in washroom. On asking for soap to a staff, he said its not available so cant give it.Food was ok. Henceforth I will prefer KFC or McD

Didn’t expect such pathetic service from the JBR br.Placed an order and took them 30 mins to prepare. And they had been calling a wrong order number when I approached the cashier.They didn’t even apologize instead just ignored me.One star is just for the speed of transaction.

Wont speak about the food or customer service.When I visited Thursday at night around 03 am after work. The agent taking the order the lady was so sweet and nice, but the only issue it get a bit busy and the supervisor decided to help her, but he was packing our food without gloves at all. Mainly in this situation the Covid time this is not acceptable and specially a brand like burger king should not accept it at all.

I have a liking towards their burgers but this time I ordered cappuccino and latte but they were both just warm. Not even hot. I asked the manager, he was very cooperative, got me new ones right from the machine but they were again just warm and i was told that thats the maximum coffees are usually hot.

I ordered a burger and asked it to be spicy. They said it will cost an extra of 2dhs which i paid. What i received is 1 slice of chicken, a piece of lettuce and 2 drops tabasco covered with a bun. The price is a rip off. I dont mean to complain but 2 dhs. extra for a drop of tabasco, seriously???

Bad service, rude staff, upstairs court was dirty & not attended by cleaners, order was upgraded to large size without informing us and the real quantity was not as we paid for it.as a branch we will never approach it again :(

Bad service! Ordered food, waited for 1.5 hours and after multiple follow up, they said their system is not working! Apparently their system was not working for more than an hour and they didn’t bother to inform....Burger King!!! Very disappointing!

If you are at JBR walk and a feel a burger, burger king is the place. Value for money and tasty food.

Nice place and a stones throw from the center of dubai marina. Only downside is that the wifi was overcrowded and we couldnt connect to the wifi network.

Rather good burger, fries too.However, I prefer burgers from McDonalds.

There are no self-service terminals (and this is already a huge disadvantage), there is no normal menu, something that stinks. Of course, we went to our competitors.
