I had the chance to visit the newly opened CZN Burak Burger on opening day 15 August 2021. Long queues were expected but managed to reach early to experience it. Menu is limited to only a few items but food tasted good. Ambience is great and the place is pretty huge to pack quite a number of people. Customer service stands out and prices are average, not too cheap and not too expensive. Worth a visit if you are in Dubai Mall.

Czn Burrack burgers are not upto the marks..menu is very limited , portion size are okay but not value for the money..

There’s no identity on the burger and the meal overall: meat is well done - getting close to a crispy thin meat and even the special sauce got overpowered by the pickle.I ordered the Burak burger, slider, hot dog, fries and oreo shake, came to 200 AED ($55).I was expecting a Wow based on the image of the main restaurant and pricing of the food, I got none of this one. Definitely less of smiles around.Front of House/cashier needs to be trained on knowledge of menu and supervisor in charge seems not to care/knows what’s going on or checking with customer (asking for the food quality) or staffs.

I am sorry but this restaurant has nothing special at all compared with the extreme expensive prices.. the sitting area has very cheap not comfortable chairs.. the burgers (13.3$ 49AED) looked inside them they put the lettuce at side to fake the view but inside there were nothing… the beef burger layer is smaller than to see it … the size was not related to the cost if you hold the burger it will fit the fingers’ size … the ketchup with a layer of water … the fries at home 10 times better than here .. this visit is a just a trap from social media … my advice: save your time and money

Save your time and money don’t try this restaurant it’s overpriced and the quality of the food and place is low the food are very very normal you should go to another burger place it’s better than this, also the fries is normal also it comes cold, this is like the fast food restaurant but very expensive don’t waste your money on this it’s not worth it at all

They have Best kid meal in the town. Chicken strips are very delicious and totally homemade style.

I loved the place, we came at a time that was not crowded. The service was fast, the staff were friendly and the burgers were outstanding. We tried the Bu rock burger, the koftahini burger, and the cheesy crispers. I really loved both burgers and the koftahini burger has the turkish and Arabic kofta taste, i think they can improve the bun recipe a little bit. The cheesy crispers were really good i loved this new fries and the loading was very delicious.

The single most overrated restaurant Ive ever been to.My advice? Save your time and money. Skip this place.Absolutely nothing special about the burgers. This is my first time to czn burak burger and I have to say I am amazed by the quality and quantity. I had the cheese beef burger and mywife had the veggie burger ( yes they do veggie choices) . The experience is exceptional especially with the food served. Congratulations Burak you nailed it !!

We have ordered beefy cheezy and chicken b , both was below average or expectation, i hope the management will look into the quality of food and provide better as the price is a bit higher than what has been provided

We went there on the second day of the opening. It was a bit crowded, but the service is quite fast. We ordered the BB Burger and Ice Cream. It was a bit pricy, it cost us AED68 for just the burger, they should added fries and drink for that price. The ice cream cost AED13, it was ok for the price. The taste of the ice cream was good!The BB Burger was very juicy!! It was nice, but then weve had better burger with cheaper price, I would say the total experience is 3 starsBut then all the staff were very very friendly and welcoming!! After visiting Burak Restaurant, we wanted to try CZN Burak Burger but we were very disappointed...The burgers are not special at all an you pay almost 100 AED for a burger, drink and fries/ per person.The Burak burger was Ok but small, the chicken burger had almost not meat. Overall a very disappointing experience!

Overrated and Shame to BurgersFirst of all, I am huge fan of CZN Burak but bigger than that, I am fan of good food. I was so excited for CZN Burak’s burger experience and I have waited too long. I dont mind the price but I found it tasteless. Let me explain why. Angus beef petty was too dry and mustard killed the taste of a BURGER. Not only this, bun was a bit sweet for a burger. Passionito was too sour. Chicken B was a bit chewy. Imagine a chewy chicken.Celebrity chef needs to maintain quality of taste. I am still your fan, but this burger joint is a no go for me.

Too expensive for the quality and quantity. We expected nice patty’s, but were totally unsatisfied with the beef. The interior is very cheap and seems to be like a train station. We really liked the food and service in CZN Buraks Restaurant, but from our point of view this has nothing to do with it. Just to make money with the hype. BTW this ist what you get for 51€. We left for Five Guys after eating the two burgers... It is definitely not worth it.

We were one of the first few people to try their burgers, once it opens I am assuming long queues. My favourite was the Kunafa, and the Kofta burger along with the Pistachio shake.

Burak is know for his tasty food for Turkish cuisine, but to be honest the CZN Burak Burgers are not tasty at all. I was excited to eat his burger and i thought it will be really good. But unfortunately it’s not i went there once and i will not go there again for sure. The price is really high for it’s taste and the way he serves the food is really unfortunate he puts two burgers for two persons in one really small tray not even suitable for one person. Really bad I highly don’t recommend them.

Way below average. From food to service to ambiance and quality even McDonald’s is a much better choice. We were 4 there and we all decided to never to set step inside again. Seems like the place were put together in a rush to take advantage of the hype about the brand. If you are not a fan of taking selfies next to the the badly made mannequin of Mr. Burak there is no reason to go there. Food was hardly acceptable , any random burger place around is a better choice.

The best ever burgers i have eaten in Burak Burgers. Its more delicious than shake shack, five guys and all other new and existing brands.I will be always eating Burak Burger signature burger thats my favorite now.thank you Mr Burak for such universal burgers

Burgers were very ordinary, nothing special at all. Prices were steep, its a bit of rip off. Decor is cheap and tacky. It just opened a couple of days a go and I tried it today. Come at your own peril. I dont really recommend it. Lots of hype because of Burak but doesnt really love up to expectations.

This is the worst burger ever and so overpriced. Salt Bae’s burgers are the quality I’d expect if I’m going to pay extra for something I could order pretty much anywhere, but these CZN burgers are worst than any fast food quality. The meat is so thin, even with two patties. The stuffed burger is barely that. Whatever the Burak sauce is, it’s totally tasteless. So horrible and unsatisfying, wish I saw what poor reviews this place had before trying it, and the atmosphere is terrible. The creepy statues are missing fingers when the place just opened. It’s so cheap and really funny that they had tons of security and lines set up for their grand opening, when there was no line and this is the quality.
