A classic American diner style burger joint. They make a good fast food burger, better than many of the big name (cheap) fast food burger chains but theres nothing particularly special about them.The Original Burger I had delivered arrived in good shape and it tasted like a standard old-fashioned burger done quite well. However, the fries were very ordinary and arrived somewhat soggy. I also had a chocolate milkshake which was pretty good for a Hersheys chocolate syrup mixed with soft serve milkshake.You can dine-in, takeaway or have your food delivered from this joint.

The food was good used entertainer 2for 1 but the other meal which was deducted was only the burger in the meal and not the fries and drink a bit of a conAlso ask them to stamp your parking or they charge u in the Marina parking

Been there with little expectations ...as it my kids were craving for a good chicken burger. The chicken burgers were okay, not the best, and the fries were little saggy. Definitely the milkshakes were good. The little one ordered a kids meal ...that just came with two buns n a piece of chicken ...no sauce ...no dressings nor lettuce or anything... Who calls that a mini burger...come on. So it might be one time visit...thats it.

I called their call center to get some info about the parking and the call center agent sounded like she is half asleep or half dead. I even asked her if she is sleeping because of the way she sounded on the phone.My bill was calculated wrongly and I was billed 95 instead of 54 (I used entertainer coupon). The cashier kept insisting that the bill was 95 until another woman came to have a look what was going on. She realized that it was a mistake as they didn’t deduct the coupon sandwich.We sat outside and the tables were not clean and were full of dust. The waiter came after we were already sat to clean the table. It gave an impression that they aren’t expecting any customers.The burger was disgusting, bun falling apart and no ketchup or mayo offered until asked.The fries.... no comments honestly.Next time I’m going to another burger joint because this isn’t the Johnny rocket I knew 10 years ago. Disgusting food and bad services.

Good Selection of burgers and fries!its not the best burger i had though - and sadly didnt make it to my personal list of top 5 burgers. Always Loved the burgers at johnny rockets. However on my last visit Ive noticed the burger size had increased a lottt. Some might say why is that a complaint, well, it just didnt feel like the earlier burgers. Double patty was just too filling.Amazing taste, just go back to the original size please 💖

I went there with my wife it was fun time. We had 2 meals with drinks. The Ambience during evening was just fabulous. The place has couple of seating areas indoors and outdoors. You can have food and chill out looking at boat and cruise at dubai Marina bay.

Burgers were surprisingly good and a little bigger this time. High in cholesterol and taste, would definitely recommend this to someone looking for good burgers and an uneasy feeling.

Great choice of burgers including all the classics. Onion rings, yes they do that too. Finishing off with a fancy milkshake made just the way you like. Outdoor seating with a great view of the marina walk. Comfort food for me.

JR has had its time and is now dead. Menu is limited and not great quality. Only one veggie option and thats a vegetable pattie burger like it fricking 1997. Outdated concept and decor. Spend your money at Salt or 5 Guys

Was there at 21.30am to pick up food and ordered a Chili hot dog. It was yummy and filling and worth the money paid for.service is fast and hygienic.

I have been coming there and ordering since it first opened. Unfortunately the quality is not the same anymore, and they have changed their menu a bit. The sandwiches lack taste, but the prices are the same if not even more expensive. Sorry but McDonalds is better than this. Wont be ordering or visistng here anymore, such a shame.

I thought I ordered iftar for my family, 4 original burgers way too early at 5:50 PM, turns out I was too late. Although I was told the ETA from 6:30-6:37 PM, it didn’t arrive until 7:22PM. I called several times but nobody answered my phone and when they did at 7 PM they told me the driver didn’t arrive, and just when I was about to hang up he said okay the driver is here now. Pathetic service. If you cannot fulfil orders on time then just let the customer know about it instead making them chase you in Ramadan. Burger 9, service -9.

One of the best burger places in the world!

Think we were there on an off night, midweek. The burgers here are usually great...chilli fries are always worth it. Shakes are good. On any other day, Id say 4 stars at least.

I really got annoyed from my visit yesterdayI will list three things happened that night1-Ordered a refillable drink (said the waiter with no conditions). With the second refill, the manager came and told me that it is only one time refill while giving me a bad attitude that they are doing good for me by refilling it again.2- The bun was 100% not fresh and it breaks into pieces while holding it.3- Asked for a medium cooked burger and the waiter double checked it with me. Came out a well done burger after a long time of waiting

Craving for a good burger on the go, after having nice walk on the marina... You will get a great burger experience, just what you would ask from a burger... Juiciest meat, rich and fresh flavors of vegetables and cheese.

I usually like Johnny Rockets burgers, but the Marina outlet isnt up to the same standards as some of the others. Recently refurbished, the restaurant itself is really nice, but the food just wasnt on par with some others I have been to. Can find much better burgers around the corner at a few other places.

Unfortunately the Smoked House burger was filled with grease, onion Rings felt very hard just not enjoyable to eat.The milkshake was probably the most decent thing to drink. But I will not be returning back.

Great burgers. The team was working hard to give good service. They werent perfect, but you could see the check and double check in action. The food was tasty.

Service is bad, food is okay just like any other branch. The guy on the counter will forget to give u a receipt - however it is mentioned on the RECEPTION on a big board PLEASE COLLECT RECEIPTS.

Johnny Rockets has deservedly earned the title of best burgers in Dubai many times over the years and deservedly so. This outlet lives up to the reputation and has great service delivered with the great tasting foods that are the trademarks of the Brand. Highly recommended for a fun meal.

Not as rich&tasty as JR_USA but good and service is quick and kind.

Always go to JR with a coupon or entertainer. We enjoyed the classics and swiss mushroom.

Yummy burgers and shakes

I used to be a huge fan of Johnny Rockets but my visit today was very disappointing. The bun is very soft (the kind youd pick for a super market). Also the sweet potato fries were too little for 29 AED. There was literally around 30 pieces, which makes the price per piece of fries 1 AED!

It doesnt look like any Johnny rockets i ever been at outside UAE. Menue is very small and food tastes definitely not like the original Johnny rockets and chicken tenders doesnt look or taste even like the one we had ever had. I will definitely NOT GOING TO VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. sucha disappointment.

The staff werebhospitable and accomodating, such a nice experience spiced up with an entertaining dance presentation. The best thing to share about is the food,reasonable price,neat and deliciously serve.

Im an old fan of johnny rockets. love their old fashioned, yet not greasy, burgers, hot dogs, fries & onion rings.they have several available servers at this location and while attentive, they werent warm and were more interested in dancing & singing along with the live dj at the nearby fountain. not a terrible experience but also not the genuine service you expect at a johnny rockets.

I dont know what happened to Johnny Rockets. It used to be good burgers. Now its tasteless and dull. When you pay 40+ dhs for a burger you expect that you gonna get something in return!! Never again.

I have been there before a few times. The staff are not very friendly. The food is okay but the portion of the food compared to their prices, makes them overpriced. They have a great location on the marina with an outdoor seating are that is incredible in the winter.

Dont go..Doesnt get any simpler, the service was beyond bad and I had my share of bad restaurants and I dont have a high standard for them...The burger was cold and the waitress was all over the place.. Truly horrendousWe were delivered our order one peace at a time, first only one burger.. Then the kids meal then some fries then another burger.

The food is pricey for a burger restaurant and the portions are small. The view on the outside seating though, is very beautiful.

The food was very okay. If you are a hygiene freak like me I would suggest go else where. Found a lipstick stain on the glass. Ewww! On telling the staff instead of getting embarrassed they all started laughing and joke around like it is a routine thing. Really disappointed not coming here again.
