I love that this place is open 24/7. But it saddens me to see staff are not as friendly and enthusiastic as they should be.I live near the area and thus I often visit the place. Every time I come and order something, the same set of people take my order. They lack energy. It seems they were forced to work. They don’t even know how to sound enthusiastic when they upsell.I can even see they display employee of the month. And yet I can’t figure out how they come up with the list. There are so many staff at night and none has the energy to welcome customers.They love talking among themselves.

The place was dirty and so the tray they served my food with.Staff attention to guest is terrible.Feels like if they are saying with their looks (why did you come in).Fries was served cold and extremely salty.The place is very noisy with staff talk and no even music playing.NO MORE

Normally I am going weekly 2 to 3 times today I meet one waiters worst experience and she not lesing what you asking tomuch attitude . I hope this not costmare service .

You need to change the drive through lady here .. i always come on lunch time and always slow and not organised... maybe she fits some other location but definitely not drive through

Bad drive through experience! The same employee taking the order is doing another 3 or 4 things! U have to repeat ur order more than 1 time to get it right!!also they take u out of the lane and park in front of the shop to get ur food ready! bad service, I regret to waste my time and my money in such bad service!!!

First things first, they have the best burgers I’ve tried in Dubai and it’s open 24/7 with a drive through and free WiFi (this is typical Dubai tho).I love the soft buns and how fresh the comes out. The double whopper is a killer!!! I love it. You can also redeem your Carrefour receipt vouchers here and get 2 cute burgers + fries + cola.One thing I’m worried about is the front of house staff. They can do better with smiles, they can process orders faster and cut waiting time, a pager might be considered or a ticket to avoid shouting for a customer to come get his meal (imagine a full house).Burger King is sitting on a pretty spot so you can’t afford to slack. Kudos guys. I’ll be back!

Burgers are rarely warm.Service isnt great.More of a location for pickup by the different companies.Will have no info of the offers you see as driveby advertisement once you are at the outlet.Obviously they like to promote what makes them money.

I had an issue with a take-away order and found out when I reached home, a fries thats supposed to have only cheese but it also had jalapeno and onions on it and was so spicy (which is good for some people tho) but for my own preferences it wasnt the best and after contacting the restaurant, the issue was sorted out ASAP and I got compensated with triple the size of the issue as Ive received 3x of the original order I needed.I must also mention the manager there, Mr.Mahmoud Ali was extremely friendly at the shop and was so helpful even on phone and took such an incredibly amazing ownership of my issue,and kept following up till it got resolved exceeding my expectations, not only Mr.Mahmoud but even the delivery guy Mr.Fathy was so friendly and fastThank you Burger King 👑

Good one... We got there for a quick bite and the food delivered quickly and staff was cordial too.

Parking would be a bit difficult as its one of busy petrol bunk..

For whenever reason their burger is more tasty than any other Burger King on dubai . The service is so good and the team is very attentive . The restaurant size is small so I advise for either takeaway or delivery. They are open 24 hours seven days . If you like Burger King better to try this branch .

I miss the taste of Burger King because there are not as many Burger Kings in the UAE as there are Mc Donalds. Well, today this one was on my way and I had to have lunch and I ordered not only one but two meals, one mushroom n swiss and one now I dont remember. The bread was soft and fresh and the food was simply delicious. Its a shame people say its junk food and not good for your health. Maybe it is or maybe not, however it is very tasty...

Came to this Burger King a few days ago. Placed an order from the drive through and went home. When I got home I discovered they had charged me for a double whopper meal, which I ordered, but they decided to switch out the double whopper for a single whopper. The hotline was called and with the night manager stated that they had made a mistake and to come again at the same hour and they would make it right and give me a double whopper. Great I thought. So I decided to go back there tonight. The drive through person immediately recognized us and came up with some lame excuse that the sandwich was sent to another customer with a home delivery person. Whomever got that sandwich, hope you enjoyed it! Spoke with the same night manager who now is coming up with new creative ideas on how to rectify the situation. You and your team messed up and sent my sandwich on your home delivery vehicle and now you expect me to buy another sandwich so you can place another patty on it?! Why not just give me back the extra I paid for but didnt get? Why not keep your word and give me the double whopper? All good questions that have no answers. Needless to say, I left without ordering anything from here. Might as well stick to Five Guys. They know how to make it your way. Dont waste your time here especially at night.

Big portions, tasty fastfood. Always ask hard/paperprinted menu, as u not gonna get better price advice from personal over there.

Liars! The night manager knows only lies and deceit. My brother made an order for double whopper was given a single whopper. I called the manager said he would replace it right away. We showed up today and all of a sudden he started negotiating. Buy a whopper and Ill add a patty. Ummm sorry? When you screw up, you replace the whole thing! The night manager should be sent back to HQ and be demoted! Worst service ever. Nevee going back.
