I have really lush eyebrows and Misbaah is my go to person for threading. She is amazingly good with threads and can fix any uneven brows.

I used to love this place but when I had a family emergency the hairdresser zohra was exceptionally insensitive. Its no longer my go to salon in the neighborhood.

This is my favourite place especially for mani and Pedi. They are very professional. The loft is very clean and brightly lit at Wasl vita. I have been to the dubai mall Loft and its dark.The hairdressors keep on changing, thats a downside.Charges are ok, not too pricey.

I get my SNS nails done by Maritchel. She is so talented and a good eye for perfection. Been going to her for almost a year and I highly rate her customer satisfaction. She is a lovely lady and I hope she never leaves. All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job. 5 stars all round. 😍

The nail technicians are lovely,friendly and very professional.I highly recommend Stephanie as she is amazing.I go here for my nails everytime.However the salon staff needs more training from the receptionist who needs to be more vigilant about appointments and services provided....to the hairstylists who are not highly trained in color and cuts.

The front desk staff are very professional and helpful but thats it,in this branch specially Fatimah the hairdresser doesnt know what she Is doing other hairdresser has to correct her work....and the salon in general can improve hygiene, even if u want to drink water their glasses has lipstick stain!!!

Amazing salon. All their nail technicians are great and friendly. I am impressed with their SNS, it is all worth it. Maritchelle is very talented and perfectionist with her work. Thanks to Eunice who have all the patience to do my pedicure. Steph, Shiela and Reina are all great and make sure to pamper you well.I am always looking forward to my monthly visit ;-). Kudos to all! LOST FIFTH AVENUE WASL VITA, today at 11.38 am I called to book for me and my daughter for 2. they immediately booked us for 1 pm. then before to agree I just asked for the prices and it became difficult to obtain any price straightly. the operator said she will called me back. at 12.28 still no news, so i called them back and they said the 1pm appointment was taken and they said they called me 3 times while I don t have any missed call on my mobile and was really waiting for their call, so my mobile was not off not out of my reach. now they gave me a ridiculous price of 830 aed for highlights for me and a cut for my daughter, i said ok, but said they don t have the space available now at 1 pm ! nobody available in this salon, where I am neighbor my villa is just in front. this is the second time there are issues with not serving well the customers and careless attitude. i got one year ago a big issue with products they are using which are expired and my hair turned damaged discolored. they offer me free sessions to compensate but I came back there because it is just in front of my house, and they change often their hairdressers, which also show they are not good to keep their employees. please ask them to show you what they put on your head before they do it. totally disappointing, I am not going to go there anymore.
