Ahmed is the best. Haircut, shave, waxing ears, threading of eyebrows…it kinda is a full service. I even got a shoulder massage and facial. For a dude, it’s a bit weird, but it’s professionally done and doesn’t weird you out too much. Music is chilled British rock and pop from late 90s/early 00’s. Reception was very welcoming with coffee and water. There is a leather sofa to relax and a PlayStation to game on!Awesome!Oh, did I say, Ahmed is the best. Go for Ahmed.

I moved to Dubai around 4 years ago and have tested several barber shops out. Luckily i found Yazan in my third week and i have been cutting my hair with him ever since. Yazan is a master of the Fade and provides consistent excellent quality every single time he cuts my hair! He cuts my hair every week as if Im a new customer, takes his time, makes sure the fade is perfect every time! I even compared him to the Fades i used to get in London and his fades are far Superioir to any Fade i got in the past. He listens to what you are saying and delivers a 10/10 haircut. If you are visitng Chaps and Co, make sure you ask or book with YAZAN and i promise you will be hooked from the first cut!

Used to be a great place before covid. Now it became just average barbershop. But with premium price. Staff changing here quite often, barbers come and go, always in a rush, just trying to finish haircut as earlier as possible, making haircuts typical.Dont let good reviews decieve you - after second visit barber will ask you to write it. Seems that managers monitor it. Pity that barbers with good reviews are not the good ones.Two stars because for average service (3 star) they charge two times more.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for a few years now, and Rommel is my go-to guy. He is extremely professional with his work, very attentive to what you want, and generally a real nice guy who cares about his clients. Chaps and Co JLT overall is a great barbershop, music is always blasting and the barbers/staff are all positively friendly. I have had haircut with a couple of the barbers before, they are extremely good at what they do, courteous, and the best at what they do. Also they are extremely clean and are following COVID protocols to the letter. Booking online is straightforward and even calling the receptionists is carefree as they are fantastic and just lovely people who will do whatever they can to get you sorted. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Look am at the barber once a week sometime twice a week it dosent make any sense to pay that amount every time so how good it is, its never worth it. Maybe at half of what they ask for. Had great experience at Chaps&Co. It was really hard to find the right place and right person for a perfect haircut. Was greeted by friendly staff, there was a delay for 10 to 15 minutes from the time of appointment but the decor, cool atmosphere covered it all. As a first time experience it was fantastic, was attended by Mourad.
