I’ve just moved to Dubai and I was looking for a great salon to undo some damage done by the last place I went to. Jacques La Coupe was recommended to me by a friend who has been going there for years now. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed and I’m so glad I decided to come here. I got an amazing haircut; professional and attentive service and the prices were reasonable by Dubai standards even though the service was grade A! Thank you Jacques and I will definitely be back.

Hi, I went to this hair dresser in August and had a great service for my blond hair.I went back this week to change color. And honestly the color is perfect... Nevertheless the bill was huge, did not understood the difference of price with last time and I do not feel like I will go back for this price. Service and products are good quality, hair dresser are qualified but still it remained very expensive...I should have ask more question at moment of paying but was too embarassed

The first time I arrived there on an appointment, the lady said she was too busy and just left. The second time, I did the brazilian blowout. I explicitly told the lady doing my hair that I didnt want it to be too sleek, so I didnt want too much product, but my hair turned out to be more than sleek. I didnt like the result of their work. The thing is she did my hair based on her taste not mine.

Bad experience inspite of going there many times I was a regular but they are much more keen on giving a super service to bloggers and models, ordinary people who obviously pay alot dont get that service, for example several times my booking with a particular hairdresser that was prebooked my phone few days in advance was cancelled while i am there and my hair was just washed so I was kind of stuck just because someother person of more importance to them walked in , soooo Disrepectfull , this happened to me atleast twice with no apologies even, I finally decided this rudness is unacceptable not worth it at all , many other hair salon are better and much more reasonabe ,thanks for your rudeness it made me realise that your salon is not worth it at all

Have been there now more than 5 times to get color and cut with Mr Jacques. Best hairdresser I have been in Dubai. Perfect color each time. He is very intuitive and understands what I want without much explanation. Usual prices for color and cut.

The first time Joe did my hair was over a year a ago. I was hooked from the very first time. Easily the best colorist in Dubai, and its very rare of me to trust someone so implicitly with my hair! My hair color was great but my hair cut looks horrible I look like a 9 year old boy who cut his hair for himself and I actually paid 400 dhs for it , it’s too short to get corrected I just have to wait till my hair grows long again 😭

Worse experience ever , went to get my hair highlighted with purple/blue and left with a freaking rainbow.Went back to correct it the second time it got so much worse now i have green,orange,brown,pink and every other disgust in my hair.Ruined my hair color and dried up my hair that it ruined my curls.Dont trust Jacques !

Extremely unprofessional salon, Im sure even in karama u can find more competent hair dressers. My appointment was booked a week ahead yet the lady hairdresser didnt show up so they made a hair washer lady cut & colour my hair! I walked out with completely ruined hair & shocking hair colour which I couldnt achieve even if I tried box hair dye at home. Im sitting home now trying to strip of the colour mess they made. Had similar experience in morooj branch with their lady Tunisian hair dresser. Conclusion: this hair salon has no quality, no standards, no professionals.

Excellent service and clean best haircolor

Had high hopes for this salon but so awful!! The staff is inexplicably rude and my haircut was abysmal. For the first time, I entered a salon looking better than I did leaving. Really, really disappointing experience and unfortunately I used an entertainer voucher so Im forced to go back. Ladies, please dont subject yourself to this salon.

Hair cut was really good, however I had specified I wanted just the cut, still they gave me a blow dry without mentioning that its chargeable so I assumed its a simple complementary one but I was charged with 170 Dhs extra which is unfair.
