Dont recommend. the place looks nice but too expensive. to wash, blow dry and straighten my shoulder length hair was 189dhs. First time ever a salon told me they add wash price and using a straightener price to a blow dry. plus you have to pay before the service. weird, what if you dont like the service or it was bad? You can find the same service at Dubai mall even cheaper. which says something since the rent in dubai mall is much higher.

Hoai did my manicure, she is so lovely and kind loved her, she did ombré nails for me, and Ayesha did my pedicure she is also very good and sweet.

Saloon is nice but the lady in the reception area was so hardly talking and replying to the queries like she is not in mode. Overall its one of the best salons with many approachable locations with no parking headache, professional manicure staff and hair dressers, Neat and clean, use original products, wide inside and manages good distance.

I went for a session that came through a friend, when I reached I was told I was late Therefore I can’t enter when I asked why they told me you have to come 20mnt period to give you orientation, no one told me about getting 5mnt before session would exclude me from the session and the guy who communicates dose not have customer services manners unfortunately good gym bad customer service

Its very good salon for waxing services but its zero in hair treatment they dont have any knowledge about any treatment you are on your own if youre educated about hair treatments than only you can go and just take a service otherwise nobody knows which treatment is good for which hair type all ladies they just know the names for hair straightening treatment but if we ask why and is it good for my hair they dont know any details about it 😑 I was very disappointed they have very big department but service is not up to date 😔
