For my below shoulder hair- blow dry charged as 199.5 dh ( terming my hair as LONG 😳🤯) ;; with no prior info 10 year old girl ( yes , I know this charge too high for an adult trim plus now dry too) charged 189+136.5 dh for hair trim plus blow dry out of which straight blow dry was done by assistant . Left Abdykerimova with 25 dh tip anyway but shocked at how they charge and term hair trimmed hair as cut and below shoulder hair dry as long hair dry

I am very happy with Girls work, all of them are very good in what they do and are so polite, yet the manager so unprofessional, her attitude on customers complains or comments is so bad, as far i know a manager should solve the issues at the place she’s in charges, well she do nothing cause she dont know how to talk to people. I believe she needs some managerial trainings or a review of her job description in order to be able to handle this.I will like to end by thanking the girls for their great job 👏🏻

I’ve been a client of this salon for over 4 years and I always go to the hairstylist Amir for my beard, hair, threading, and coloring work. Amir s quick to understand my style needs, and does an exceptional job with the cut and styling. He takes extra care and time when he knows I have a photo shoot or special event. It was my favorite salon in Dubai mall (I’ve tried pretty much all). I loved the decor, the atmosphere, the staff was generous and happy. Today after a long time I visited again. Well, the difference between than and now is incomparable. Before I always had to book before I went there since they were busy. Now you can just walk in because they barely have customers (which I understand why...). The salon was totally empty when I went in. Before they always asked me what I would like to drink - which is pretty much basic in a salon. Now all the staff was chatting in the kitchen (since they were without job) but nobody asked me if I would like to drink something. Nail technician Maricel cut my finger and when it started to bleed she didn’t even apologize or said anything. She just wipes it with the towel my feet was on many times. It will be a miracle if my nail won’t be infected... Afterwards I supposed to have full face threading. I had to find the room by myself. The technician named Prima was already inside but since she didn’t say anything even after she saw me I asked her if the threading would be here. She answered curtly “yes”. She left the door wide open so I asked her if she would close it for privacy. She went towards the door without a single word. By this time I became so upset that I left and headed to reception to pay. The receptionist Ella asked me what service I had. Before she booked me for the treatments. I told her I’m not gonna have threading. In this case a professional customer service employee would ask what’s the reason for that. Since she haven’t done it I reminded her. And told her my opinion very upset. What surprised me more she didn’t seem interested in my complaint or my intention to write a review or talk to the manager there. She answered simply “sure”. Than the assistant manager was coming out and she said “you can talk to her”... So I told her everything. She was very kind at the same time astonished and apologetic. The technicians and the receptionist I was complaining about were passing me by giving me a very unfriendly look and we’re discussing among each other the issue behind the reception desk while looking at me (instead of apologizing). That’s horrible. This is the most horrible salon I’ve ever went in Dubai.And they havent contacted me (except for once, when I couldnt pick up the phone. But that was all from them.) Of course if the managerial team/owner doesnt care of the customers, why would the staff do differently.

Had a wavey blow dry and the curls dropped out within 30 mins waste of 260aed. I was told blow dry would cost 190aed when paying the amount added to 260aed because of the added wave. Wouldnt bother wasting your money.

I had cut my hair yesterday afternoon with Ukrainian hairdresser. I’m big disappointed coz I saw a hair style cut picture bfr she do her job . I got totally different style from the picture . I’m speechless n very sad when I got out from the saloon. The hairdresser she got out immediately from the saloon. Don’t where she when, I guess she knew that’s I won’t be very happy.

Regardless of the beautiful welcoming at the reception since I have no comments about it , yet the hair dresser was totally inexperienced although I came for a very simple service which is blow dry , I can’t even explain how much she was inexperienced by the way she was holding the brush , by the way she was dividing the hair, and who even does blow dry on partially wet hair if you request straight , and she didn’t even comb my hair so I felt my hair was pulled out, on top of that it took her from 10:30 till 12;00 pm to finish blow drying my hair and the result was disaster, my hair didn’t feel soft it felt freez and tangled , this is because it was don’t on wet hair , and after commenting she didn’t even apologize or suggest to fix , and I ended paying 236 aed for blow dry , that I usually do for the cost of 180 aed at the most prestigious salon in dubai , regardless of the amount I paid , but I believe if u want to charge extra , get professionals , not someone who habebte learned from home !!
