We have been using their service only because of NEELAM who is really helpful and professional but today I had extremely bad experience with Staff, where they told me for maternity massage 430 for 3 sessions. When we reached they change the statement to 700+ and the lady on reception spoke really disrespectfully.I won’t recommend the staff because they aren’t reliable anymore.I would like to speak to the senior management Please contact me to know how your staff is treating your customers.

The technicians Ms. MAYA, Ms. JANE and Ms. CECILIA are amazingly great and professionals. I keep coming back because of the 3 of them for my nails and hair. Awesomeness

Had a haircut here yesterday. It was my first time and was amazing experience indeed! My hairdresser clearly knows what she’s doing. They check your temperature, sprays on your shoes and let you sanitize your hands before getting services.✔️Neat and tidy salon, they use disposable towels.✔️friendly staff✔️Affordable compared to other salons around Tecom.

Be careful of the monthly offers . They don’t keep promises , sadly when you ask them they try to change the offers by false claimsAlso doing so in the name of Ramadan offers is badThey quote different prices when you visit themSo as a old customer I feel hurt and may not use those services again ever

Yesterday I went to Mashael beauty salon to take some services while I was doing my opted services one lady kept coming and asking to me if I do hot oil massage repeatedly asking me and without telling the price she did the service after finishing I went to pay where a very rude girl was sitting when she informed that hot oil is for 145dhs whereas all my other 5 services cost only 260 dhs. I was shocked to hear the price then I told why I was not informed about the price before doing the service for which the staff only said sorry I had 450dhs cash only so the rude lady at the reception kept my emirates for only 30dhs which was really embarrassing I later went home got my husband’s credit card and paid the remaining amount.This is the word experience I have had with any salon all fillipino staff catching the customers insisting to do services and not telling the price later charging extravagant prices.This salon not recommended even hot oil was very disappointing because no hand massage only 15 minutes head massage .

Warm and friendly staff

I had a hair revamp at Mashael with Clemence. She turned my brassy locks into a beautiful elegant golden-ash colour using a full head of highlights. She is extremely methodical and took such care with my hair. A really lovely hairdresser that made the whole experience so relaxing. I would 100% recommend this beautiful lady.

Am sorry team of Mashael salon but I have to drop a complain that extremely annoyed me due to the service that I was given. In terms of appointment I did my part and booked my appointment 2 days before to avoid inconvenience matter. I expected to be given the same staff but yet I was given unprofessional staff by the name “SARAH” who was extremely rude after realizing she spoilt my eyebrows shape and instead of apologizing she decided to tell the other colleague to finish what she messed up while walked away towards the outside door. This is annoying and disappointing to stand such a behavior as a customer. I don’t mind about the bad service but having a rude impression is the last thing a customer would want to see. I appreciate “Nadiya” Service trying her best to make me feel comfortable and to cover her colleague mistake, God bless you with your hard work.

Saloons in UAE opened up after the lock down for hair n nails .I did my visit on day two .Kudos to the saloon for maintaining a super clean saloon ,my stylist Neelam was in mask n gloves at all time .And I was handed over a fresh set of mask n gloves when I reached .Each chair was cleaned before I sat ,again n again .Thanks you Mashael

The services are always amazing. Everyone at the salon is wonderful and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!I get highlights, cut and nails done here and have seen several stylists as well as both nail techs and I would sure recommend any of them highly.

It is a clean place with friendly staff. Better to go after taking an appointment as it can be crowded sometimes. I go for my haircuts and they do a good job. Their keratine treatment is also nice.

I was referred by a friend. May I say how happy I am? Hair dressers are so nice ,I recommend the Gel manicure too , They use Complete disposable kits for the nail services , Happy for that, Never going anywhere else!

Overall, this salon is great- they dealt with my difficult hair and have always been incredibly kind and professional. I trust them so much being using branded products with very reasonable prices , I know the staff would never let me leave with anything less than hair perfection!!I recommend Full Body Wax , Very Expert waxing therapists.

Nadia is the best one

Clean and pretty location. I received a pedicure and gel manicure. The girls did a wonderful job and prices were very reasonable.

Love white nails, but never been brave enough to get them. My white gel nails caused a bit of a problem though... the CND polish wouldnt set and several coats had to be taken off and re-applied.After less than 1 week (5 days later) two nails had completely peeled off ;-(My toes still look amazing though!

Reasonably priced and good service.

I asked for one style and got something else. I felt like I was just there for the lady to do her own thing with my hair and not what I wanted. I stated I need to leave by 7pm, she insisted to use a curling iron on my hair even though I wanted it straight. There was no actual price list given,just prices made up as she went along.
