The ladies here are amazing and super kind. The prices are affordable, specially for Tecom area, where most of the salons are overpriced.However I think that they should improve the waxing service. The way / technique that they use it’s not really convenient. It takes super long and I had to tell the lady couple of times that the wax was not hot enough. The rest of the services, including manicure and pedicure are very good and decent prices

Two weekends ago i went there to do highlights.I end with the hair burnt, dry and orange color.Obviously when you leave the hair salon you dont notice cause it is all styled,. Although i told the lady that for the coloring to do only the top, but she insisted to do the entire head.After she finished i told her this is not the color i like, she said i will use a toner. (the toner didnt change that much the new color).When I washed the hair at home the first time.. the hair was so stiff. i almost cried. .Desperate and frustrated I contacted the lady. she said apply hair masks. I applied hair masks for no results. . i have washed 2 - 3 times only and still my hair has no more life, it is all stiff, super dry , is dead...literally.. ... and when i asked again, the lady said it was my fault, it was not hers, she said . my hair was already damaged!!! excuse me!! NEVER this damaged.. i have always been very careful with my hair applying masks.. she said that i told her that she could do whatever she wanted!!! yes i trusted her to do a good highlight that will be ashy and to cut my hair.... but not to burn it!!!I have cried cause i do not see my hair not even 10% of what used to be before.I thought i found a place to trust.. but my hair got all destroyed..it is so bad.. there is no more shape, terrible orangy color (that i absolutely dislike).My hair was life brown. now my hair is dead and with the color of my nightmares.Do not trust this place.i DEMAND THE COMPANY TAKES RESPONSABILITY ON THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE DONE

I was very happy with Bellissima salon until this new Arabic lady came at the reception. She forget to return my card. She didn’t call/ message although she had my mobile number 😡 As a result I paid 300aed for the lost!!! A month later I go back to the salon and I m seeing my card there 😳 and no apology from this lady 😳neither the managerNot going again

I just got home from Bellissima. The moment I saw the result of my full-colored hair I thought of really given it a rating. JM really did great of fixing my ridiculous hair. And I love it so much. Staffa are friendly, gentle and they will really entertain you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this to all of you who are looking for the best.

It was a horrible experience. I got acrylic nails done and they looked so unprofessional and ugly. I went back to get them fixed, and the woman that redid my nails gave me an attitude as if I was being picky and not her work that was unprofessional. their service does not deserve that price (280 dhs). I could get the same nails done for a cheaper price at a different salon with a much better quality. I also got a pedicure done and the woman that did it for me cut my nails too much that my toes bled and I ended up getting a hangnail.

The ladies are very good with hair styling services.. But wont recommend any nail jobs. Too expensive.. Takes so limg because they dont have proper equipments( removal of acrylic nails takes atleas 90 mins and 1 hr more to refill!!)Previous reservation is advisable. You might reach there and the ladies are all busy.They start quite early 10 am and closes 9 pm.

Very disappointed with the service, booked an appointment for a pedicure, 25 min of delay, beautician are not experienced, charging extra 30dhs (7€) 😳 for removing my gelish!Blow dry was not done properly and had to pay 200dhs! Ridiculous!
