Very disappointing experience, I have a complete regret to visit their place,The hair dresser damaged my hair as she wasnt listening and unqualified to do the job,all what I asked for is to apply a straight trimming of few cm, and the result was as per the photosThe manicure quality of materials is extremely bad and get damaged after 4 hours where I had remove itcustomer service provided is very poor and the employees are not up to the basics standards.Before opening a service place make sure you have the right crew on the bus so you won’t drive your passengers to a disasterI admire the manager approach to sort the issue, however this is not enough to recover the physical and emotional damage caused

Really bad experience. Prices above average in Dubai. They charge 20-30$ to remove previous color (which is done for FREE, in most of the saloons) and whatever they make falls off in about a week. Would not suggest to anyone.

I had great experience with manicure/ pedicure ( thank you Rubi) : accurate , clean work. And hair cut ( thank you Amira) : hair looks alive and nice shape . Strongly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mar 6, 2020I have been coming back here and have loved it ever since. Their service is astounding especially RUBY, she is good at what she does and is totally dedicated. Mary and Sonia are great as well. The Salon is tidy and laid-back. I have recommended this to my amigas and they had a great experience as well.
