The girls working there were so nice they al have some packages. I have to say that they provided a good service, but they dont follow the no double dip policy when it comes to waxing services and the decoration of the center itself is not pleasant enough.

Went there on May 22 for pedicure and gel polish. The place looked abandoned. Staff look like they are accidently there. Although I booked online at Fresha, they didnt know about my visit. Service was careless and gel polish started peeling out next day

My wife had worst haircut and eyebrow from sera salon, don’t go.🥺 they make us upset also.Charge vat but don’t provide valid invoice as well.

Got worst skin allergy after pedicure getting done from this salon, they also did not provide me invoice of my payment. Thinking of file case against poor service. Staff are inexperienced and unprofessional.Suggest u do not go there n spoil your money.

This rating is for the first time I visited the salon for a facial service. I used entertainer voucher for purchase of one and then youll get a free service of the same the next time you come. The first time was amazing and I was happy to find a spa near my home instead of going all the way to wafi where I would frequent for my facial. But the next time, was done by a different lady whose methodology was very different from the first lady (lets just say she uses a facial scrub without a lot of water and scrubs it really in a hard way). So although the first experience was great, the second time was a disaster for me. I left the place with some remnants of the mask still visible on my face which means it was not cleaned properly. Sorry for the bad review for the second time, perhaps you can do a quality check for all of your service team to have great consistent level of service.

I love this place. I have been going here for three years now and Sita does a wonderful job of waxing. With my sensitive skin, Sita does a wonderful job and she’s very good. The mani pedi is excellent as well! It’s much recommended and the plus is they take card as well! Wish the staff a happy n prosperous new year!

I decided to try this place out because it was close to my house and reasonably priced. The waxing service was satisfactory - the technician seemed like she was in a hurry to finish the job and did not have a very good technique, however she was willing to redo areas until I was happy. Id also booked a spa mani-pedi. The water bath for the pedicure was filled with tiny hair from an earlier customer that wasnt rinsed out before being filled. When I requested they clean the bath and the surrounding floor space a very rude attendant told me that it wasnt a problem and that I should deal with it. I didnt do the service because of her terrible attitude. She told me her name was Secret when I asked. Do not spend your money here, there is a very professional Tips and Toes a two minute drive away that offers way more value for a mere 10-15% extra. If I were the management of this establishment Id also reconsider my hiring choices.
