Owner and staff are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Price is reasonable and you get quality services more than you paid for. The place is relaxing and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 👍

Honestly this saloon dose not even deserve one star.I visited this saloon in July. I liked what they were offering.So called them up spoke to a lady who was there at the saloon and she directed me to a lady called Janet who then gave me all the offers they had at that moment.I was pretty impressed.(The ladies saloon that was there before this place opened was really good)So I assumed this would be great too ( I was so so so wrong)I made an appointment but couldn’t go on time but did inform them on time. They were alright about.I did ask Janet about Waxing and eyebrow threading she told me she has a girl named Nabila and she is good. (Am sure she is cuz when I met her she did seem more professional than the one I got at the end)So I walked in, got my gel Pedi.didn’t want to do my gel Mani cuz I had to go to work the next day and the color I chose is not allowed at work.Anyway to go on with my story,This lady told me that I can do my waxing after the pedi.I was alright waiting for Nabila. I clearing told her I can wait. But she went on saying she can do it.So finely we went in got ready for the waxing.As she stared her friend walks in to the room as well. ( talking in their own language)So I have no idea what’s going on so when I asked she said she training.The wax was too hot and when I told her she was laughing and blowing on my hand. Come on ! Your burning my hand.Anyway we moved to underarmsOh my god I saw stars honestly!!!The wax was so hot but I went on telling her ok let’s wait for Nabila to do the Brazilian.She went out and said she is getting late.She convinced me saying she can do it.Fine.Oh and by the way her friend was there too looking at my privet parts. 😡I was feeling so uncomfortable.So unprofessional.It’s already kinda awkward when one is staring just imagine two staring at it.She took almost 45 min. Finely when it was done. We walked out Nabila was already there. WHAT???? She was here all this time?Oh and did I mention while she was waxing she says this is ‘her first time ‘doing this. So tell me how is she training this other girl.Ones I walked out my hair was full of wax.It was all over my hair.When I met Nabila she tells me oh why didn’t u wear a cap while doing it. What’s wrong with this saloon ?U need to train your staff first.Nabila did a good job with my eyebrows I can say that.When this philipno lady saw that she had ruined my hair all she could do is Laugh.Not one sorry.I paid in full and walked out.The next day I felt my underarms were really sensitive I just couldn’t wear anything that’s when I noticed. The burn.( pls see the photo I have attached)It was my vacation and I suffered bcus of the burns. I couldn’t wear any of my outfits. Ashamed it would show.The best part,I called Janet and told her what happened.She wanted me to come back and she will make it up to me. But I told her I have paid in full for the services. Gel mani I didn’t do and I don’t want to come to ur saloon ever again due to the inconvenience your staff put me though.Honestly the way she spoke to me was not so great. It was ask if I was lying and she was trying to find fault saying I was not ready to wait and cross questioning me.I was ready to wait 2 hours for Nabila to come. There was no clear communication. The Philipno lady told otherwise.My holiday was a disaster I could not get in to my bikini cuz I had burn down there too.I couldn’t even use deodorant for a while.I hope you learn from you mistakes
