My hairs were so dry and rough. So i planned Hair Spa. I have seen their promotion on Instagram so thought to give them a try. Location was accessible easily and i found it very nice parlour. Interior is nice and its pretty big Parlour. Staff is very nice and very supportive. Taking all precautions in regard to Corona. They check my hair condition and suggested me Hair spa. Hafeeja, the girl who did whole work was so humble and very very sweet. She shampooed first, then massage of hair cream, steam , washed and then blow dried my hairs. My hair becomes so silky and soft . And i noticed .. hair fall has also stopped. Not only hair care they nice a good shoulder massage as well with their Hair Spa .. Highly Highly recommend.

No discounts for regular customers. Also looks like old customers have been taken for granted I did hair boutoux only crown Anns I have been visiting the parlour since 7 years now and some good and really bad experiences however with the high prices now I really need to think of coming back here

Manisha is the best stylist. she is very calm and professional. she did my wax without pain and very neatly.

Pathetic. Ruined highlights for me. I just have bleached strands white at roots. Had to pay to another salon to darken my hair and re-highlight. Huge Waste of time, money, hair quality.

The staff was friendly and understanding of the customers needs. They were really warm and welcoming and the hairstyles that they gave us were fantastic. A genuine and wonderful space. Clean and hygenic as well. Wpuld totally recommend for someone looking for a quick trim or a new look.

Most pathetic experience one can ever have .i gave them a list of services i wanted to take . the receptionist lady took the list and handed over to the no 2 service provider .she started with my mani and the other no 3 intern meanwhile started with my pedicure. the intern did the cleaning and massage as she was not trained to clean the cuticles the 4th lady came into picture who was no 4 and sad to say had a very casual attitude .inspite of me telling her the cuticle in the great toe is painful she kept on pressing it hard . and cutting my deep till the nail ed and then tried to file it . which was very irritating .finally somehow mnaged to finish my mani pedi and by then she wanted me to shift to te threading chair . the lady no 4 held my eyebrow till the time lady no 2 was getting the thread . i told her you can leave it and hold it when she comes . she turned away and started walking in other direction meanwhile lady no 2 started my eyebrow . .. it was painful obviously and i had to request her to come and hold again ... my god the attitude was so wrong.after alll this traumatic procedure i told thm whycouldnt u do thi after waxing by that time my nails would dry and the ladies were shocked that i wanted waxing too..they forgot that they were suppose to follow the list .and then the lady no 4 says oh my god 9 o clock sharp we have to close it was already 8.20...so to avaoid further tortrue i reduced my list to minimum 4 services and took head massage which was probably the worst decisionsje kept on massaging in in all wierd directions and i had a heavy heavy heavy hair fall....the worst experience finally came to end with steam for which i ws just left alone for 15 mins and only when i requested it was switched off by the last lady ... the one who had got worst tasting chai for me earlier .will never visit here again. cherry on the cake by the time i reached home my hand nail paint is all distorted as the coats applied were very very thick and untidy .

Service is good ... But i dont wear type of way they are using... I burnd my skin wen i did waxing hands and legs...
