Good saloon with neat and clean environment, I like it staffs are professionals they knows good work

I had a great experience. I walked in with no prior reservation and they served me right away. The staff are nice and cooperative. I had a package for 150 AED which included a hair oil treatment and steam, a wash, and a blow dry. My hair turned out wonderful

Ive been going to shades for a couple of years now and I must admit when the pandemic hit I stopped my visit due to social distancing etc. I finally took the plunge and went back today and I cannot believe I stayed away so long! The service was impeccable as always. Medi is the stylist I use and she is just amazing!!! Very patient, always friendly and Im never disappointed when she does my hair. Also they are practicing social distancing really well so Ill deifntely be resuming my salon service again. Thanks Medi and the Shades Salon team!

I’m at the saloon and just met the owner. Frennie, she is lovely, personal and friendly.The saloon is very clean, run by professional East African ladies. They are the best in extension hairstyles and for natural hair styles as well. I’ve been fixing my hair for the last 7 years and I cannot say anything negative about the services I’ve been receiving.Best part is, they have all services so you can get groomed from hair to pedicure in one day and in the same place.They have seasonal discounts of 30% on all services this month. If you haven’t given them a try, take advantage and you wount regret.Super satisfied customer.

Customer service was great.the ladies paid extra attention to details of what I wanted ...I got an Amazing manicure and was really reaxed.prices are fair given the convince of the location & the overal ambiance of the salon, it’s Very homely & cozy Mashallah. To add to that I was offered tea & dates on white China. The place is clean and refreshing & I highly recommend it,Most important I noticed an offer of 30% discount on all services during the festive season. All good I must admit.

This is my 6th year with Sier Shades and ive never felt of changing the Saloon, i’m always satisfied with the way they do my hair and level of customer service. I would definitely recommend you to try hair roll and set.

I have been to the shop several times to get me and my daughters hair done. we have both done braids or weave and my daughter has even had her hair pressed. Each time we go the price is different and more expensive than the last visit. The last time I went their I was so upset that I will never go back. Ever.The girls that did my hair did a great job and I was told to come back in 3 months right before I left for the states to get my hair tighten. which I was happy with and told the girl I would. but when I checked out, and this is not the first time this has happen. the girl said my bill was 1080 dirhams. When i called before I booked the appointment i asked her how much it would be and she told me 280 AED to get weave put in my hair and i brought my own hair, so they didnt even have to use their product. but I didnt have a closure because it was weave and she said I needed it, Which is a lye and she charged 600AED for a closure, 280 plus 50 for the weave or styling and 150 for a med/pedi which was the worse I have ever had done. I went to a real salon and had the paint changed & real medi/Pedi the next day. The girl kept saying the credit card machine did not work and I told her I didnt have Dirhams with me so after about 3 minutes of her never bringing up the machine. she said lets go to the bank I will ride with you, which was crazy as hell. So after getting pissed at the amount I went to the bank and gave her the money, I tipped my hairdresser 20 aed because she was good. Then I asked for a receipt for this ridiculous price I had just been charged and she gave me a receipt with no company name on it. I still have it because I could not believe how bad the service was at the end and with them doing the overcharging on everything. I was not going to say anything but I went to a great salon and received service their that I had at this salon and I paid 250aed for all the above and although they claimed also not to have a credit card machine the price they told me on the phone is what I paid for. I guess they felt here because we are expat that we have money, because to me there was no manager in neither salon and very little order. ( I would say it is like the inmates are running the prison, Here). As an American be careful where you and your kids go to get service because their is usually a terrible up charge at the end.SignAn angry customer who has had enough
