The worst service ever I had mani & pedi even before I left the salon my nail polish started bubbling those photo attached was taking same day.

It was me time, spend almost 3 hours here.they have a great team. Very hygienic, they clean every time. I had full body massage, eyelash extensions, an amazing pedicure treatments and also Ana is very professional hair dresser. Remwil was very gentle with my lashes. I’ll see you guys in winter again. Cheers!!!

Friendly receptionist and hair dresser. Hairdresser styled my hair nicely at her own request. Only negative is that the hairdresser got a lot of water on my forehead/eyebrows. Not good if you are wearing a lot of makeup.

Was there for Lashes and a facial treatment. The store is small, but cosy and clean, staff is very nice. They give me a very good consultation for my skin and lashes. Definitely I want to come back :)

I really had the best hair cut here in Dubai. Zoubida is a really nice and caring hair dresser. She knows exactly what to do and she cut it exactly like I wanted! I’ll never cut my hair back in Germany. Thank you for making me feel more confident and beautiful ❤️

Awful pedicure and manicure!Pedicure (300AED!) Without gel polish was done by Rachel. On right foot she missed and did not do 2 toes. all at a fast pace.The manicure is terrible too. Everything is fast and not processed. Hands were left unkempt. The varnish on my hands began to remove on the third day.The salon is expensive and of poor quality.

The salon is nice. The seats are confortable. Had my nails done.But it lasted almost 2:30 hrs for Acryl tips with color. So you have to be patient.

This is the worst nail salon i have ever been to.The manager is a very arrogant and impolite woman. While we were trying to resolve a misunderstanding, she started laughing at me, rolled her eyes on me and kept saying that I have to deal with the situation. While her employee tried to clarify the problem she kept interrupting her. While my nails were being done, I heard her yelling at her stuff in front of the customers. The lady (also a customer) who sat opposite to me had also been treated disrespectful by the manager and complaint about her behaviour.This message is for the regional supervisor of NStyle:The Manager of this shop is misusing her position and is not the right fit. The employees are very capable and friendly. They dont deserve to be treated like slaves. And Im pretty sure they dont dare to admit that she treats them so badly. My request to you is to take immediate corrective actions or this lady will destroy the good reputation of all NStyle studios.

I couldnt reply on your comment so shall add another review here, your respond to my bad experience was even worst than your service, it means your customer care is only playing with words, yes ofcourse I got my nail fixed with another salon and your team called me after 5 days and just said if I go next time they do a perfect job! Why should I go next time? You wasted my time and energy and money and made me go find somewhere else to fix your mess! In 2021 in dubai ! when you make a mess to your customer the least is trying to be nice and at least try to make that up with some offer or anything like that you cant be that careless and just charge people for highest value available without responsibility so another one star for your really careless customer care!

Came as a walk in pedicure and was very happy with the service. The place was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that they tried to push other services on me. The hairdresser came to ask me if I wanted to do a treatment or do my hair.

I have my hair done here, my hair was in terrible state but Akyzat corrected my hair. Put me back to my lovely blonde., her knowledge and Passion made this experience feel very confident, comfortable and made me feel very fabulous my hair looked felt SHAMAZING. Her assistant Heidi was a delight also ,, will be back 10/10

My friend had her nails and hair treatment in this salon. They have the best service, professional staff and they listen to you and want you want for hair and nails.

I would give them zero stars if that was even an option.I went for mani and pedi. When I sat down and the lady started to apply my polish, I was told it was a ‘long lasting’ and therefore more expensive (I own a couple of those polishes and never noticed them to be particularly long lasting), so I had to agree to an additional charge.When I noticed that they were applying the polish without a protective base coat, I requested one.Finished the job, I paid and left. A couple of hours later I notice multiple missed calls on my mobile, and then my phone rings again. It’s the store manager and she is asking me to go back to the store since the payment failed. I told her I needed to check my card statement and I would later since I was working.She kept pestering me, calling me and texting me all afternoon.When I checked my card statement a few hours later I realised the payment didn’t go through, snd I decided to visit the store again in the morning to make the payment.As I woke up and made a cup of coffee I noticed two of my nails had chipped already - not even 24h for their premium priced ‘long lasting’ polish.When I got to the store to pay I pointed out that two nails already chipped and a nice lady offered to replace the polish. This time I picked a regular polish. Finished the service I went to pay and pointed out I would only pay for a regular polish - the one I was wearing on my nails. The manager refused, and also asked me to pay cash the full amount, which I refused. She then offered a discount that wasn’t even half of the price of the premium polish, which I refused. She then agreed to a 20 dirham discount, which is still not the price I paid for this ‘long lasting’ polish, telling me that she was going to be charged personally for that.It could well be a case of horrible management disempowering staff, or maybe the manager lying... who knows, regardless I won’t be back and I encourage whoever is considering visiting this salon to give it a pass.In all fairness I should have given it a pass myself as soon as I entered the store and noticed a client not wearing any mask, having her nails done, at that point I had to specifically request my therapist to either have my mani and pedi in a different room or have this person to wear her mask. But the fact that NOBODY in the store was bothered by this client not wearing a mask speaks volumes of how seriously they take covid measures. So, once again, I would definitely give this store a pass.

I literally booked 15 minutes before coming, I did acrylic nail extinctions with gel color for my hands with Archie and she was more that perfect!! And a pedicure with gel color with Mary June which was excellent! Their process is so professional and they truly did everything perfectly, they where so friendly and welcoming.I’m saying this as a person that goes to salons every month at least in Saudi and every where I travel around the world!

I have just had the best manicure and pedicure, followed by a treatment of hot wax to help with my circulation and foot and leg massage. If you have never had this treatment, I urge you to try. The staff are always friendly, very welcoming every time I visit, and go out of their way to help you. Stylists are amazing, Naima is doing great job, trust me she knows what you need. Actually I am happy with all ladies, who did my nails or cut my hairs, unfortunately I didn’t check the names, receptionist also helps me every time when I am coming as walking in, without booking, trying to assist with all my requests, and I am capricious, I would never recommend if I really didn’t like, this salon the first, where I never was disappointed.

Amazing results and service. The girls are more than profesionals. Mary Jane and Archie were great with the manicure and pedicure, I can not remember the last time I feel so happy with my hands and feet. Janice made me feel so relax with the back & head massage + facial. If you have a messy color hair like me, you must ask for Jonah and she will give you a new great hair, she really enjoy her job and you can feel it in your look.

I had a full body waxing today , wasn’t as good as expected, the wax kept melting and stuck quite sometimes , the Brazilian part wasn’t good at all, I went home to find that it wasn’t done properly and I still hair around.On the website it was mentioned that there is a 30% off all services between 5-9 pm in this branch , I was charged full price.

I tried their oxygenated facial, my skin is hydrated and glowing. Also the Russian volume eye extension is superb ...very happy and highly recommending this place thank you

I did my lash extensions with Archi. By far the best I’ve done. I’m comparing it with over 10 places I’ve done (including London, Edinburgh, Germany, and Dubai and Riyadh) at and she was the best. They look gorgeous and even after 10 days non have dropped and the look haven’t changed, which never happens.One issue though is their bed table, it’s uncomfortable, I will wait for them to change it before coming back for a full set. Their pillow though is the most comfortable, usually my head hearts after the first 40 min, this time it didn’t.

Got my nails done there at JBR last week and while the staff was good, the quality of product is not. My shellac nails have fallen every day and only lasted a week. While Nstyle is considered premium and their prices reflect that, I am truly disappointed by the quality. Wont be getting my nails done there moving forward.

I came to Dubai on late Monday evening, being away from home for around a week and continuously working for several weeks beforehand, I felt little tired and wanted to get some nice treatment before some relaxation time in the pool, lounge & beach at JBR where I was staying. I found this place a few minutes walk away from my hotel and I do not joke when I say that this place was literally my therapy in heaven. I opted for a deep tissue massage and Janice was a miracle worker, connoisseur at what she does. Janice took the time out to understand what I wanted and provide me a good service. I highly recommend this ‘ladies only’ salon where you will walk out feeling like a million dollars if not more.

Needed a complete makeover for my dry and damaged hair and got great results. We did beautiful highlights, nice toner on top and a Brazilian blowout to keep the frizz away (great for hot and humid summers in the Middle East). Also had a nice cut to finish it off with (got rid of the dead ends). Highly recommend the salon as Lucinda knows what she is doing!
