I went for a simple hair trim and they completely messed it up. Ended up with half my hair cut to fix their mistake. The front and back were completely different layers and the hair dresser tried to convince me it was not a mistake and just a style!!! The hair dye was also not impressive and not close to what I want it. They kept saying they cant do most colors I asked for... Completely unprofessional and the manager is very incompetent and was pretending like messing up someones hair is a normal thing! Ive been in the UAE for 26 years and been to all sorts of salons and can honestly say its one of the worst salons Ive been to! Dont waste your time, especially not for a haircut!

This is the best place to get a blow dry in Dubai. I always get my blow dry with Lalein. They’re/She is amazing and pay attention to details. She listens to what I want. She straightens my curly roots very very well. She asks me before applying anything to my hair and she does my hair even better than I asked!!! I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be getting my nails and protein done here next time.

I went there to do ash balayage and Samantha did classic highlights which after one month looked very bad and completely yellow (as on picture). She cut my hair as well- she cut way too much hair and it took her 1 minute to do it, and I had to tell her to redo it as my hair was not even. Second time I made an appointment in the same salon but with Sasha who refused to correct my highlights saying in front of me that she does not want to waste 5-6 hours on me (as I was her colleagues client and she should correct it). I was waiting for 50 minutes until we found the solution. After paying 919dhs for the first time and being treated like this, I can say that this is the worst salon Ive ever been.

What a terrible experience.I went to get my hair styled. I showed the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted it to look like. She boldy said yes I can do it. After she tried several times and failed. After liking over my pic several times and not achieving the look. I told her its not working. She told me well we have other customers coming soon so yeah.If you can do the style just say no.Its not professional to make the customer feel bad for asking the hairstyle to be changed when the expectation is not met.Poor service.

Horrible experience. The staff are rude and have no skills. Pushing us around and pulling my hair. The staff have no idea how the entertainer works and used 4 vouchers for 2 people stating that each person needed a voucher.Burnt my friends ear with the hairdryer and cut her hair horribly. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. How disappointing

Absolutely incredible experience.I went to drop my wife off to the salon and she was in an absolute miserable mood but when I picked up her I couldnt believe how happy she was and it was all because of how great she was looking and I would reall like to thank the phenomenal staff and increding talent they have at the salon as it really made our day.One thing I would say needs to be worked on is the location as it is a bit far from the central dubai but its not a big deal.Its worth it👍😀

Very nice location plus very resonable prices for the quality you get.The standards are very high and you are sure to get good quality for the amount u pay.The fact is that this is the best salon out their for females in the UAE and the only negative I would say is their is only 1 branch which is in motor city and I wish their was a more central branch so my wife wouldnt need to drive all the way there

After growing my hair for 2 and half year Samantha just came and got me back from where I’ve started but with worse straight hair cut . I asked for hair trim and she said yes then the way the salon is decorated I couldn’t see what she was doing behind my back . Usually haitatyliest ask and show you the length they are going to cut , this one no she went ahead and shopped it off saying it was was weak and dead, very disappointed and next time I will do my research better , don’t let the decoration fools you .. 🙁

My wife came to BDB 2 months ago and hasnt stoped going ever since.She always stats how clean it is and how great the staff is.Everytime she comes back she looks absolutely incredible.I would defiently recommend this salon to anyone out there.
