I have been a member here for 3 months now, the trainers are very professional and nice people. They are always willing to help people with exercises and answer any questions. This gym also has some really fun and effective group classes.

The best services ever provided

Gym is spacious but equipment is not maintained well. Not a lot of variety in machines. Plus the staff is not professional. One of the staff members borrowed money and has not returned for the last 8 months.

Recently opened gym, one of the best presented in the area. Two-storeyed space extensively equipped with various machines, free weights on both floors, benches, cardio machines, free space for yoga or stretching, and amazing cross-fit zone. But together with variety comes somewhat limited spaces, and in peak hours you might feel it up to the fullest. Personal trainings are available. Since the visitors are mostly from the neighbouring buildings, gym provides limited additional facilities: no shower (huge disadvantage for me and minus one star), one male and one female changing rooms only. Air is fresh and easy to breath due to efficient air conditioning, sanitizing wipes are available. Last but not the least, membership fee is very reasonable. Bottomline: keeping in mind to bring your own water, changing clothes if youre sweating intensively, and to choose off-peak hours the gym provides amazing opportunity for sweat-breaking work-out.

Has sufficient equipment for each body part. They have cardio and CrossFit in one floor and weights upstairs. They have upto four trainers and they can guide you in your session when asked
