4.3 stars, Excellent gym, very clean and constantly being sanitized by the staff. Equipment is sufficient but certain important items are too few in number, eg there are only two free (unattached to rack) benches and only two bench press racks + 2 incline and 1 decline bench. Also the mirrors are circular and can make it awkward when the gym is crowded (u need to position urself close to other members who r trying to see themselves).My suggestions would be to: replace the circular mirrors with wall-wide rectangular mirrors. And add some more benches (maybe replace some of the cardio machines, there are way too many!) Also dedicate one of the glass rooms for warmup and stretching. It feels awkward af to stretch in the middle of 6 squat/deadlift racks.

Conveniently located in the Springs Souq. Good selection of machines, free weights, and open areas for exercising. Glad to see a majority of the members are respectful of covid precautions and wear masks. The gym provides sanitizer wipes and sprays for members to use and staff come around frequently to spray as well.

Good gym. The serene Gives motivation to want to workout. I did a trial but definitely will secure a membership.

Nice Gym highly recommended! The pricing is on point and machines are of high standards. I rated two stars for service and in gym music the music is horrible and the service needs immediate intervention. Other than that the gym is one of the best I’ve ever been to💪💪

Lighting can be improved.Changing area can get cramped at rush hour but otherwise it is a good size.Sometimes they give bath towels instead of small towels for the gym which is cumbersome and not useful.Reception staff are efficient and can get you checked in relatively quickly.Parking is easy and overall experience is good.

Nice design and cool staff, Gym is clean. But its not well equipped, lack of machines and tools for training properly. Also the music is extremely loud, even with the best headphones you cant listen to your music. My main point is that the gym is really under-equipped.

One of my favourite gyms in Dubai. The space is great for any type of workout, the equipment is all new and there is a decent selection of classes that members can attend.The bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious, and there is lots of parking at the Springs Souk.

Many options to choose from, including free weights and weight machines.The staff here are very friendly & helpful.Water is not complimentary here. You can bring your own or purchase a bottle from the gym.

Great vibe, they have everything you need

Great gym, great staff, and great trainers. Ive been going for two years now and love having a neighborhood gym so close to home.My only criticism is the signing up for classes and finding out the schedule - they really need to implement an online registration system for classes, its such a pain to always have to call and book in. The website is hardly ever updated, social media doesnt have the schedule most months, and external websites such as FlyWheel dont update their Springs calendar...

Opened 2 months ago. Not 2 much pluses but brand new and more less not crowd as for now.Minuses -1. ALL lockers are broken. management aware but no actions. This disappointing.2. They do have mirrors in free weight area but its useless because of round shape.. So most of the time you enjoying a painted wall instead of yourself and cannot control your exercise. I guess they was more focused to make it stylish rather than practical.3. Luck of equipment. Some equipment is missing. Same for lift belts.. - they keep telling that going to purchase soon but after 6 weeks still not there..This is more to address management some important issues rather than feedback. Hope you improve soon...

One of the best gyms Ive been to in Dubai. Great space, good equipment and ample parking. The big washrooms to shower in are a plus.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good collection of machines. Could use a few more cardio oriented bike machines, and the worst part is that theres no water cooler (If you forget your water you have to buy, albeit its only 4 dirhams). Cheaper than other gym options that I know of. Would give 4.5 stars if I can.

I use Springs and DIFC branches

Good gym, very friendly staff and a nice space... but a few things that need to be sorted before I can rate it five stars:- Lockers in changing rooms need to be fixed as a priority. Other Warehouse Gyms have electronic lockers that are much more reliable; this has been raised to the staff multiple times- More kg plates needed - sort of fine now while its not too busy but will become an issue as membership grows. Larger lb plates are not helpful if you dont also provide more lb change plates- Water machine would be nice - not always possible to bring water and paying (on top of a fairly high monthly payment) for water seems unfair

The new branch opened in 2019 for the chain #TheWarehouseGym located in the Springs Souq.The gym is very well equipped with nice dedicated areas for weights, turf , cardio and classes.The coffee area is also very nice , served by the common grounds coffeshop and serves protein shakes and energy drinks. Also have a nice work station if you want to connect to your laptop for some work.

Clean and beautifully designed, good equipment

Great facility and very nice vibes in this gym. I like the design of the showers and all the colors used to fitout this gym.I have three comments though:1- Most of the new fitness clubs in UAE and all around the world are beginning to offer 24/7 Opening hours. This is a very important application to all gyms in my opinion as many people in Dubai work late and are occupied till late times in the evening. If the 24 hours isn’t a possible scenario maybe till 1 AM will be fine.2- The Reception staff aren’t up to the standards of this gym you can clearly see the mismatch in quality of service compared to the overall quality of the gym.3- This could be my most important point which requires immediate attention. The music used in the gym is 7 years old or even more, please check this matter and update your music playlist. We can even recommend as members what music we like if you ask in a survey or something.I wish all my comments will be addressed asap as I want this review to be 5 stars in the near future 👍

Great group lessons but because of the covid there is very little space So often full

I went to register there. The reception did not give me enough information. They just gave me a piece of paper with prices written in it.I asked for a tour to get to know the available hall and equipment.I waited for half an hour and no one came !!I wanted to go to the bathroom to make sure it was clean also I had to waitThe reception girl until she finishes her phone calls and alone with her colleagues !!
