As a beginner thats into gym, I would say this is a very good gym. The equipments are well maintained, the trainers are very helpful and guide you for whats good and how to train your body gradually. I would definetly give a huge shoutout to this gym and the trainers.

This is one of the best Gym’s I have ever visited..the equipments the machines are well maintained..especially the staff there the trainers are amazing and always helpful and ready to help you either you have to gain weight or you have to lose weight..the gym is always neat and clean..surely you will love the gym by the first visit..for me I m giving you 5stars
