The staff is unbelievably undertrained and do not show the slightest ounce of respect for a customer. The place is very unclean and no disinfection activities seem to be followed. This place used to be good at one time, however the current staff have ensured that all customers only come here once and never again, thanks to their blatant disrespect.

Worst place for shopping, especially orders. You never get what you order and you wait more than 1h. Dont bother with them.

Extremely bad experience in this blue mart, motorcity branch, that i needed to buy some drinks and snacks, that has a total cost of 10.75 aed..suddenly i dont have a small bill and having a 100 dhs, unfortunately staff approach me directly that he dont have change for that amount, as a customer its not my problem, as if it was already 2 in the afternoon and its very unbelievable that they cannot give change. Then the staff is like doing argument with me as it in the end he told me that i have to wait, as i thought he will make a better way to have my change, he make me wait for 10 minutes standing in the entrance, so i ask him how many minutes i need to wait, as he is telling until he got 90 dhs from those customer who will pay for him. I really feel disappoint about the rudeness he showed to me!! Also one guy seems like the incharge of the store is making an argument with me too,instead of asking an apologies of not having some change. As i needed to show my disappointment and insisting to give my change as i feel annoyed, and seems like they are intend to make me wait,suddenly another cashier give the change, just to let me go. In the end they give my change but all is 5 dhs small bill worth 90 dhs, i dont mind how was the change ,but the rudeness of the staff and the incharge showed me, they cannot handle a small amount of change and not giving a nice approach. Poor customer service as well the incharge who tolerated that kind of staff! Not absolutely recommendable store!!!

Worst service ever encountered in my life. Late delivery with mistakes from their side and requested by phone to pay by card the driver reaches and says nobody told me card. When I told him I only have card he took the order and left.!! If theres less than 1 star I would give.

Surprising to see the bad reviews here. The branch in Liwan is superb. Sometimes it can take longer but all in all very good.

Extremly bad service bad management, a band of gangster they dont deliver in purpose so you use instashop and pay 5 aed extra for delivery. They have nothing whatever you ask they dont have so not to move their ... better to order through Choitram watsapp it is free delivery and precise. Screw blue mart

Worst customer service ever. the guy with eyeglasses whos putting price in the vegetable has a very bad attitude. it seems he doesnt care with his job anymore.

We usually order through the app from this branch. Sometimes they deliver and sometimes they don’t. If they decide to deliver, then it will be late and if it arrives it won’t be correct. Like tonight, we ordered at 7:00pm and never got the order and we are still waiting. BTW, it’s 10:30pm already.

Extremely poor service. The curd had expired when i asked to replace it and ordered a few more items they took over an hour and half to deliver for a 5 min distance.

Motorcity Branch:The company need to educate their staff and crew.. They are very rude and arrogant to customers. The attitude doesnt reflect and follow what the company is mentioning in their website. Not professional and no respect to customers!!!!

One of the worst experiences ever. Very rude staff. Have given me wrong products in the past and refused to change it. Also have given me a used Etisalat Slip and refused to exchange.

Called for an order to buy frosted flakes i had to say it 12 times to the guy for him to reply to me sorry i no know doesnt even make senseterrible service dont order !!!

They never send what you ask for. Tried more than once to be fair. They also take over an hour an half to deliver anything and they dont care about not giving you what you ask for or how late they are. I wont order from here again.

Bluemart Group is well known group in Super markets in Dubai , They have upcoming project HYPER market in al khail and its opening very soon.

They dont speak english they deliver wrong items all the time.
