It was worst day. Stupid people, my 9month old baby was suffering from fever and doctor advices to give tender coconut juice for him. Unfortunately I selected this supermarket. I reached by 11.59 shop was closed, then I noticed people are there so I requested a guy in the supermarket dress at-lest give me 2 tender coconut for my baby because he is suffering from fever. Idiot people they didn’t even give atlest 1 coconut. No humanitarian concern at all.I don’t know is there any department to compliant against these guys.

Figs stored with suger coated in along with sweets (hot) for drying bad adour, poor taste .

Cash counter staff at the main door was rude and behaved like he didnt care for. Not if I ever want to visit again. Have good options nearby too.

I am writing this with referecne to the last review by Jithu. He just needed two coconuts and it will only take 2 mins for the staff to give. They still didnt considered the babys condition. Bad attitude towards the customer and shame on u guys.

One of my favourite supermarket.I get fresh vegetables.

Received a defective product. They gave me a replacement, I paid the price difference. BUT then Manager called me telling me that it is impossible that they gave me a defective product. Making it sound that it is my fault, and that I am lying. I will not waste my time asking a replacement for a 2aed product just because I am lying. I ordered at 12:14pm, received the defective product at 2:20pm, called the store at 2:20pm to ask for replacement. Around 6pm I received replacement. 6:06pm Manager called and told me that its not their fault making me sound that I am lying. WOW!!!

Great selection of groceries. Meat especially Indian mutton quality is superb.

Madina is cozy supermarket however its having everything you need also they have very polite helpful employees

This is my everyday shopping place. The staff is generally not very helpful but this is the neighbourhood supermarket so we made peace with that.Currently they are charging for disposable gloves, which most other grocery stores are giving for free.This is for everyones information; if you dont want to pay carry your own gloves.Just to let you know: there are other places nearby who give these gloves complimentary.

Good products for affordable price. Parking is bit of a hassle. Meat and fish sections are very good. If you go Friday morning, you’ll get good offers in meat and fish. Salalah, HACCP/ ISO certified, Vegetarian fed chicken 1KG only 10 AED. They have beef and mutton liver. They cut fish and meat based on your requirement. Products are in good quality less expensive than other places. Delivery time is too long, could be because of distance. So you should plan your requirements beforehand.

Little costly for all the items comparing to lulu. They will not allow you to take the shopping cart to your apartment even if you are staying in the same building. You have to take the items in the shopping bag. Worst behavior of the staffs.

Extremely bad customer service, the delivery guy rudely refused to take an Item for refund as we ordered that by mistake. I went to return the item personally at the same time... the customer service manager refused to return the item making lame excuses that we have sent this item with free delivery we wont take it back.He was very rude and his attitude was very disrespectful. I dont know why they were reluctant to take the item back. wont recommend any one to order from them such a disappointment.

I called so many times and when someone finally picked up, he couldnt speak english well and could not understand me. after a few seconds, he dropped the call. Manager needs to check the delivery services. Just to add, i called today 17-Aug for five times from 5.38pm to 5.46pm. check your staff pls.

Always be cautious when buying fresh chicken from this fajr al madina supermarket in gardens. They are cutting the wings and keeping it for themselves and selling it separately. Customer is paying money for whole chicken and chicken wings they keep with them and sell it separately for high price! Always watch them while cutting the meat or chicken into pieces. This is done with the knowledge of management because when i put a complaint, they say that its normal procedure! Havent seen such a one in any other supermarkets.

One of the worst customer service and delivery I have experienced!This is my third time in a row for ordering stuff from here, after my third incident I am writing this review.I ordered at 1:30 pm and it’s 4:10 the order is no where to be seen, on top I called them thrice and the answer which they gave was Kay kare driver ko bola Han wo aaaega.Not delivering through them again
