They don’t value their customer’s time, very unprofessional! I placed my order at 5:30pm and they delivered the items at 10pm after many follow up calls, worst scenario the last time they delivered my order at 12 Midnight though i placed my order at 7pm. Al Maya Management should take action about this otherwise you will end up liquidating your shop!

Everything was 5 aed more expensive then what is in carrefour or lulu.A big thumbs down.If you go here then do compare the prices with online stores. You will be surprised by how much the prices are inflated.This store is good only for emergency purchase otherwise stay away.Almaya need not contact me to explain. I have already compared the bill. Got Ripped almost 20aed in a 109aed bill.

Really good vegetables and and fresh stuff. Staff is very helpful and supportive as well. Bets part is I found some of those vegetables that we usually get only in india and very good place

Very convenient supermarket in the ground floor on Cluster N, opens 24 hours, it can be very helpful in JLT, it is the biggest store in the side of the lake as well

Phoned for delivery of a few small items at 5:30pm and items delivered just before 10pm. Phoned numerous times and they said they had tried door and phone but clearly lying. Terrible customer service.

Some of their cashiers are rude and seem angry without any reason...No politeness, Officially no trained staffs and items prices are getting higher each and everytime. I suggest Almaya company to have inspection in this store...

09/03/2021 05:09 PMI Entered Al Maya Supermarket today, upon entering i heard the man sitting from the main entrance said Hi maam - the moment i looked back he instantly winked at me 👎🏼 I went straight to inside to get my stuff and then he was later walking past behind and said WOW Me being a woman cant let it go so I called him and ask what he was upto? he said nothing. I asked him his name and if he is an employee of AlMaya which he confirmed after saying his name is Jathan.

I cant stay without out posting. I dont know why with her is not a single day is good with one of the cashier I wish when I enter the shop she have to be not there. I dont know she is why so rude. If she doesnt want to work at that place she can leave. No idea management or not taking any issue seriously even looking a lot of bad reviews here.

Rude on phone. Management needs to have their employees do at least basic training in customer service.

The staff at the cash counter is very slow and rude for no reason. They dont help with putting the stuff in the bag and look at you with anger if you are slow in putting your own stuff in the bag. If you ask for help or any additional question, they do not want to answer it. A smile doesnt cost a thing, hope this feedback is given to them.

Price gouging at its best, everything is atleast 15-20% higher than other places (especially during the lockdown). I would refrain, otherwise they have a decent inventory. I use them only for a emergency and not for regular purchases.

Very poor delivery service. We told them we needed to pay by card and told them not to ring the door bell as our baby was asleep. Nobody informed the delivery guy and he did not bring card machine AND rang the bell waking my daughter.When we said we dont have cash and will drive down to the store and pay, the delivery man refused saying that the delivery is under his name. You really need to fix your staff and internal processes. We ended up returning the items...so thanks for wasting our time.

Slowest delivery service in Dubai. Takes them 2 hours to deliver and i live 3 minutes away(every time) They prioritize cost control with 1 driver per shift VS customer satisfaction.

Poor customer service and over priced ... less staff in the store .. have to keep trying the phone number for atleast 10mins when someone will answer the fone and will be in a rush to take the order over the phone and sometimes will bang the fone on your face by taking half order and then try it again and again to order again and have to tell them not to disconnect the phone before I finish ... delivery time is atleast 2 hours in the same building ... pathetic ..

Worst place for shopping, increased the prices for everything during this pandemic time, staffs are very rude 👎👎eg. David Off coffee powder 45AED for 1bottle in Al Maya Carrefour the same 2for 35AED. If at all possible change the management 😬😬😯

Poor service! I only stop here as it’s on the way to work. All the time queues for a single reason- only 1 cashier is open.
