Good place for buying grocery, lots of interesting and cheap items

Love that Viva Supermarket opened in Motor City. It is located near Extreme Fun indoor playarea and HomeSmith. The parking in front is a bit tricky but not impossibleHere are the best deals. I bought a pack of spaghetti for AED 1.95 . Bought a bag of chips, made in Denmark, for AED 4.95. Pizzas at AED 10 for 320g. And Jaffa cakes selling at around AED 4!!!! A shopping trolley that would have cost me around AED 500 in other retailers, here was only AED 197.Wish this shop to be bigger to fit more products in.There are mainly European brands and good quality at very low price..

One of the nicest supermarkets i have ever visited in dubai. You can feel and buy fresh vegetables, fruits, even baked items from here. The freshness in thier products is remarkable, Especially in fruits and vegetables.The supermarket is well organized and structured with almost everything you need for your household. But some of the brands you see here, cant be found anywhere.What i like the most is their eggs. Which is very cheap and best from my shopping experience.You can get 30 fresh eggs for ok only 8 dirhams which i found interesting.But still they lack some items which we can find in other supermarkets, but they provide quality products for such a reasonable products.

Place with cheap and semi fair quality products .But with cheap stuff comes other things rolling down the hill , accordingly the quality of customers are determined .Extremely rude staff and completely unhelpfull ,Congested and chaotic shelves,not always same products available , confusing pricing,Literally no parking spaces.Area outside the shop is extremely filthy and completely revolting .To cut it short , Its not a place for a shopping experience , just grab your stuff and go .They could have gained alot of different quality of customers , but i belive they dont want to .

OMG pricesThis is a must go supermarket. They dont have a huge variety but most essentials can be found! They carry their own brands which you wont find in other supermarkets! Quality of products is greatParking outside is a bit hectic at rush hours but you can always park after the Cycle Hub cafe!They dont have many trolleys, best to wait for a customer checking out :)Dont forget to check their smashing prices displayed on the outside windows.

Favorite spot for grocery.. Affordable and good product quality most of which are from Europe.. Among other branches Motor city one is the best one

They are cheap but you get the quality also cheaper and many new product taste not so great .

Everything was good aside from this lady Filipina, she is totally unprofessional and We wonder how she works there as totally not good for costumer.We do hope they will kick her out there as the reputation of ur shop will be destroyed.😡😡😡Shr is not even helpful to assits the costumer, when I ask if no one will help to pack the groceries, she rudely said this is self service. What the....she is really annoying and given the fact that she is not busy that time and doing nothing!!!

I always buy their frozen fries, it is good quality and reasonable price. Also tried the cheese section it is good as well. Overall, there is not big variety but the quality and price is good

Unfortunately, I have to put 1*. I used to like shopping at Viva in Motor city, however since the last 3 weeks or so, there are always, always, always wrong prices on the labels and everytime you end up paying more for what is on promotion. The explanation is oh, that is the wrong label. I dont feel comfortable checking once, twice or twice trying to memorize the label price to compare it with the price I have been charged. For example I bought an Ice cream supposedly on promotion - 8.95, and I was charged 14.95. There was not even such a label anywhere for 14.95( the ice cream was reduced from 11.95)Anyways that is just one example from many( cheese, water... Etc). I understand that it is very busy Supermarket, especially as they have a promotion for gathering stamps and giving a discount at the moment, however I feel we are paying the so called discount...Dont think this is a right managment strategy and I wont tolerate it.

Very nice place and cheap price with food quality

Finally some small to medium size cheap hypermarket in Motor City. Like all other Viva hypermarkets, they have their unique brands for almost all the products. You can get fresh groceries here at very competitive prices as compared to any hypermarket in Motor City or Sports City. Parking may be an issue on weekends but you can park on road side which is free and walk few steps to reach to Viva .The good thing is that there is no need to get the price tags applied on fruits/vegetables as cashier will check the weight of each product on some sort of modern digital balance and bill it accordingly which is more convenient for customers.I noticed that the behavior of one customer with the staff was very rude after some problem in billing system resulting in some delay. I did not like that all. I feel sorry for the staff and request people to control their anger.Keep it up team Viva, from a happy customer.

Fresh fruits everyday and low price

Unfortunately i used to do grocery since last year. There is new assistant store manager his name biberk does not know how to speak with customer.

If you want to buy items on reasonable prices this is the place. However they need to improve their quantity and avoid sole introduction of soda as a replacement of coke and Pepsi.

Value for money: 10 out of 10! Amazing pricing. If you are not too obsessive about familiar brands, you can do your monthly grocery in a significantly less budget compared to Carrefour and/or Lulu. They are even increasing the meat options gradually. I did not like the eggs. Too small, white and flimsy shell for my liking. Made me think of the synthetic manufactured eggs conspiracy which had surfaced a year ago. You can also get a pack of 6 one and a half liter water bottles in just 4 dirhams. The frozen nuggets turned out to be quite chewy; the frozen fish sticks are a favorite with my kids for snack.

Simply you can find a good product for reasonable price. I just hope they can work on the verities, and expand the range of products.

Not one of the better Viva supermarkets Ive been to. Parking is impossible and selection of goods is disappointing.
