If you are looking for a good meat this is the right place to buy from . Most of their meats are from New Zealand with a very high quality and high level of hygiene . The team is friendly and supportive . I felt is slightly higher than other butchers but it worth to buy from them specially if you are inviting people .

Ordered 14x120g wagyu but received variety of 95g~ basically not what I paid for.I have been a customer for years. And do order weekly, This happened more than once.But quality of food is excellent

Excellent Meat Store in Dubai the finest quality however the two ladies serving Agnes and the other lady I think her name is Michelle are excellent sales persons but I don’t like to deal with deal with the male staff as they are difficult to deal with and not customer friendly. Perhaps there is one in particular not all of them. The sales receipts always shows Agnes as the person that dealt with this I think this needs to be looked into my the management. Anyway we love your products thanks for being here in Dubai

Best meat in UAE. Super service. Great choice.

Online order was not fulfilled and noone called to tell me theyre out of the cuts .. eventhough i received a confirmation.. ruined my new year plans thanks to their mismanagement

Poor service on my last visit, mind you they do have great selection of meat cuts but the service was very bad, staff are arrogant and rude.Will definetly not visit again
