Unfortunately the staff don’t have any customer service at all, i arrived before closing time trying to buy from the shop and staff there are giving me attitude for no reason whatsoever! When i start to select my piece of meat the staff is putting back the meat in the fridge like she was having a bad day! Additionally on my way to checkout the staff said that she cannot give me a receipt as she closed the counter and she can only offer me my credit card receipt.I have been a very good customer to Prime Gourmet but unfortunately Spring branch staff are rude and they need to learn some customer service otherwise this will affect the business as I am sure i am not the only one who experienced this kind of treatment .

I had an issue with their delivery but unlike other establishments they handled it with extreme professionalism so 5 stars for that service alone! Its given me the confidence yo order from them through instashop once again!Our ribeye steaks were fabulous, and the 6 of us got to enjoy a lovely dinner thanks to those steaks!

I wanted to post about the bad customer serivce in this branch as i was really surprised. But thanks to the previous comments and they are correct and its my bad i didnt read ur comments before i go there.This branch is the worst in customer service dont visit it …very rude staff with an attitude!!Prime gourment is the best, but dont visit this branch unless its fine with u to be disrespected

The quality of their product is undeniable, what takes the shine away from this small business is the awful customer experience and utter lack of customer care. It’s happened before but today was the final straw, I stood patiently with items in my hand while the staff ignored me for two separate customers who had just entered the store. I brought this to the attention of the staff only to be ignored. The shop would greatly benefit from a queuing system. 1 customer lost today for good.

Ask for three sausages and patiently waited in the queue to pay. Then for some to cut the queue which the server allowed. Why was this person allowed? Why was he special especially as others were waiting patiently behind me. Terrible, the staff need training.

One of the items I bought was the stir fry beef. Looked so clean and full of red beef. What I got when I bought it and unpackaged it at home was a lot of fat. Almost half of it were chunks of pure fat! I paid the price of premium beef for fat...It was my fault I didnt check before they packaged it. Yet again a gourmet shop shouldnt trick their customers in that manner.

Used PG before however the burgers I purchased at this location were not as good as I had of hoped. They really need flavour.Edit and in response. They differed from the last occasions as they had near zero taste, fat content was very high, the meat could do with seasoning which would really help as quality is there. The steaks we have had from this location have been exceptional so just hope you can assess the burgers as that would be great. Then you’ll get the 5stars! 👍

IG: @eatgoseeThis is a high-end butcher placed within the popular spring souk serving a wide selection of imported meats and different cuts.The layout is quite simple with an array of choices including some less seen meat cuts available. I bought sausages, a ribeye and some New Zealand lamb chops.The steaks and lamb chops were particularly good. The sausages were okay But could be more heavily spiced.The service here is excellent and despite the fact that the meat is slightly higher in price then the supermarket choices available just opposite the shop, the fact that you can buy better quality meat and also at lower units means it to be honest I spent less money here in the end.There is also the option to buy barbecues, charcoal and other equipment for outside grilling. Moreover this place doubles as a delicatessen offering interesting spices, sauces and condiments such as olive oils and truffle butter.

The meat quality is outstanding as well as a.good range of products
