I had called the sales man about buying a Ps5 he confirmed that we do have it after some negotiations he agreed to sell PS5 counsel with one extra controller by 2400 I was satisfied and I agree to go the shop then he changes his mind and says it’s 4KHow by adding few extra featuresI have no problem with that but at least be honest with meThe official price is 2099 and you would rob me off almost a 100 percent by selling it in 4KAnd the worst part is they keep putting in their official accounts that it’s 2099 like huh are you kidding me

They wont let me buy PS5, if I do not buy same time 3 not selling games, which nobody want to play them. It ended ,I have paid 700AED extra for PS5 console, and paid AED500 to buy another 2 games, so my son can play with his new console. At rhe end, I have paid same price if I would buy it from grey market.Cheap trick ,which only cheap companies are use it like Geekay Games . They are destroying the image of their name for a small money, or maybe big money at the end of the day. Anyhow never buy from them again.

They have a fantastic selection of titles for gamers on numerous platforms. Prices can be better than other competitors, and the staff often had a good knowledge of the industry and could offer advice and insight. Their hardware selection is good and also often well priced. Definitely worth stopping by if you are looking for gifts or into gaming.

Great selection of games, accessories and collectibles, really helpful staff and reasonable prices. I had an issue with my Nintendo switch about a month after I bought it, but they replaced it with a brand new one after contacting Nintendo regarding the issue (took about 1 week to get a response back from Nintendo support, after which they replaced it with no trouble!).

Fake warrantees. Pretending to fix faulty accessories and returning them to customers in their original faulty state.

Geekay games in my opinion is definitely one of my favourite video game stores because it provides great service and has nearly any game you would want and they have a great collection of figures such as funko pops

Good videogames store they have wide collection of games and game stuff

Pre-ordered RDR2. First of all it was about 80 dirhams more than individual stores (go to game street their games are 220 and geekay charge 300) and to make things worse upon release morning at 10am they told me to come back at around 4-5pm as they didnt receive delivery of the special edition yet (even though i pre-ordered weeks in advance). I use to support geekay games but now they will never get even 1aed from me again!

I feel so foolish for buying my games here. Decided to take another reviewers word on here and its true, They double the prices of their products. The new God Of War game costs AED 237 in Lulu Center while in GeekayGames costs AED 279. Way to scam people lol.

Im hoping for a response from geekay about this. Here are my reasons for my rating:I dont know if this is with all your products, but for your Pokémon products, they are WAY too overpriced.For example : Your Pokémon TCG boxes (not the premium ones) sell for 200 Dirhams. The actual price of these boxes is $20, which equals 73.46 Dirhams. More than double the actual price... And that goes for all your Pokémon trading card products. Even a deck is more expensive than the actual price of a box! (79 Dirhams).Reason 2 is:This may just be my luck, but not likely. I bought several loose boosterpacks, which are stored in one of those plastic cases as to prevent theft, and they where all horrible. I got all 80-90 HP regular rates, so are they weighted? Correct me if Im wrong.The staff can sometimes be fun and welcoming, but most seem dead and some are even pretty rude.Therefore leaving me with no choice but to rate it 1 star. Im sorry geekay, but the best choices are virgin megastore and battle zone, and even maybe electronic stores that do not specialize in gaming!
