Geekay Games is undoubtedly the best game retailer currently in Dubai. Thanks to their great prices and impeccable customer service, it isn’t hard to see why. I shop from the Mall of Emirates branch often and have always had a positive experience. Their staff member Maria reserved games twice for me — once for my son’s birthday last year, and this month as well. She followed up with me when I couldn’t make it the day I initially promised to and held the game for two whole days. Their prices for physical copies are unmatched; I’ve never seen brand new titles and steelbook editions being offered at such low prices anywhere! They also have some of the more obscure titles in stock that are hard to come by here (especially Japanese ones). The staff will also remind you at checkout if you haven’t utilized any of the offers, coupons or draw sign-ups which I greatly appreciate.

Please avoid this place !!!! They will not let you use the vouchers you paid for, they always have some excuses and make it so complicated that thay disgust your day. Anyway the games are extreméh overpriced, buy on amazon or somewhere else, also this geekay have always everything out of stock !!!

A really great gaming store if you looking to better your gameplay. The have everything you need and also can make quotas for things the do not have and will get them on time. So far compared to the competition in the mall the have the best deals on products.

I came here for a pc and im not sure the people recementing parts are lying or telling the truth because i did my research and he said some graphics cards here can run 150+ fps but when I researched it it can only run 60 fps. another problem i had is that every time i visit this store everything is out of stock and it takes them months to restock them and i had to visit this store multiple times this year so i can gather parts for a new pc and i still havent built one yet because of this problem

Pretty useless when comes to asking about pre orders over the phone. Rang them to enquire about the new resident evil village coming this Friday and guy on the phone seemed not interested in talking and had no clue what to say and was very unsure. Had no interest in helping so definitely will be taking my business to virgin or elsewhere

Shocking customer service, lied too by the sales rep, advised that my item could be repaired, advised on a number of occasions still under despair, finally advised they were unable to find a spare part when I offered to search for the part was advised maybe we cannot fix it even if they locate the part. I wasted 19 days. Previously purchased gaming chairs, Thrustmaster combos, games and PS gaming device. Will never spend a penny again. Similar prices in other well known stores that are way more helpful.

I have reserved a PS5 more than 50 days ago. One week ago I have confirmed my reservation for the launch at the store. When I came to the store on the launching day, they didn’t have it. It seems that pre-ordering and reservation are now different things, but they forgot to mention that any time before. Looks like doing a reservation does not guarantee that they will have the item for you?!?! I have bought launches from this store before, having reserved the same way I did, without any problem. So now I imagine if I have went to a hotel with a reservation and they tell me that my reservation does not guarantees me a room. Anyway, there seems to be a good reason why Videogame stores are on the edge of extinction. After this outrageous experience, I am never going to this store again. Shame on you Geekay store.

Got to say very unprofessional company along with employees i got a call for my ps5 reservation today even though I got mine from Jumbo at launch i told him hold on and give me few mins Ill call back for confirmation to get it for my cousin and the employee named Mohammed stopped answering my phone calls and hanging up the phone. Even on the launch day they only gave the ps5 to people who bought the full bundle which i rejected feels like a fruit market rather than gaming store

I wish I had read this feedback earlier. I have found Geekay extremely unhelpful. I purchased an Xbox live voucher for my son who is isolating in the UK but it was for the wrong region. I am not a gamer so was unaware of such restrictions. Geekay Games seemingly couldnt careless. No refund. No exchange. No credit. A virtual shrug of the shoulders. I will never shop here again. I intend to contact Microsoft directly. Maybe they will be more helpful.

If i can give this place 0 stars i wouldEverything is very overpriced.Rude employees.The worst mangers ever.And it is like that in every branch i mean how you mange being bad at everything, i do not understand how this place still exist, honestly there should be a comedy TV show based on this place because it’s funny how they treat their customers and get away with it, what a clown show that should be the name.

Great customer service

With regret we have decided never to buy anything from Geekay from this point on.Two recent situations have left us feeling that they are there to make things difficult wherever possible. Weak excuses for refusing to issue a credit note and two pairs of headsets that have presented with technical faults leave no doubt that they need do something about their suppliers and their customer service. They have missed an opportunity of creating a trusting and loyal customer. Very stupid and very sad.

I have bought a couple of things at the store before, it is expensive compared to other outlets.I will never use this store again. I bought a game for my son for his PS4. However he bought the same game from another store for cheaper so i returned the game in original packaging, never opened. Still not received my refund despite constant chasing for over 5 weeks now! Will never do business with this company again.

Went in today at around 12pm and was looking to purchase a cougar armor titan gaming chair, but the staff was really rude and asked my wife and neice to leave as the staff was taking photos of the store. decided to buy somewhere else.

This store refuses to exchange a defective product with the receipt 5 days after purchase.Bogus argument, refusal.TO FLEE ! A store where I will never set foot again.The manager ? The cashier takes refuge behind imaginary exclusions!Buy and dont expect anything.

Nice store of figurines, video games and geek objects of all kinds, the only thing missing for me is a large variety of games not AAA that have seen it by all but the rest is cool. ;)
