Absolutely excellent me and my family did last will.And barley escaped it was super fun and challenging 100% recommend it.The staff were super nice and friendly, 10/10 definitely worth going

Hands down one of my favorite escape rooms in the city! I recommend Lost Will for a fun and easy challenge, and Escape Plan for a harder one. The guys that work there are STARS. Such a kind and friendly staff. 5 stars for Countdown Challenge ☺️✨

We have played the Stolen and the Basement (with the creepy and scary character inside) and it was one of the best activities we had in our short Staycation in JBR.Kudos to their Filipino gamemasters too who just gave the right clues and hints at the right time. We hope to come back again. Definitely recommend them.

The game we played had some stuff that did not make sense, AC wasnt working well. However, we weren’t informed we need to pay in order to validate the parking..You need to pay for validation instead of validating the parking for free…

This is best scape room in Dubai. We played the stolen and we found it fantastic and the guys here are awesome and very helpful. Thanks a lot we will come again

We come back to play our last remaining game that is stolen which turns out to be difficult on some steps especially the time consuming box that you need to move the ball to the other side. But we managed to finished with the help of Erjo and Pol. Thanks Countdown and staff for the wonderful experience! Finished all of the games :D

I booked this activity for my husband, my son 9 years old and 2 friends.They have so much fun, it was worth it. However, The activities are challenging and is best for kids older than 10.

Overpriced for the experience. Rooms and props were constructed poorly and had an amateur feel about them. The challenges also had a loose logic about them - especially in the basement. Concept is good but much more effort is needed in terms of the puzzles/challenges and the professionalism of the setting.

An amazing place

Well below average experience relative to the other escape rooms in Dubai. The room setup was nothing short of basic (think concrete room with IKEA furniture) with no visual appeal whatsoever. The Stolen room was just a series of locks requiring combinations, some of which were glitchy to work with. There were no non-lock puzzles at all. Overall, this was a very dissatisfying experience for the price (approx. AED 140 per person)I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great new escape room, new concept nothing ordinary

Went here very recently, but honestly it was pretty disappointing. The set up is very amateur, and if you have done escape rooms before youll be left disappointed. The worst part is how expensive it is. 190 AED (~USD$50) per person for the experience is nothing short of outrageous. Not only this, the game master was very unenthusiastic, and didnt even have his mask on when talking to us :/I still had a great time because of the person I went with, but thats nothing to do with the escape room itself!

Great experience to do with friends or family. We played Last Will and had loads of fun! There are also some other rooms, so we will definitely be back to try them!

Staff was amazing marketing was really good but the production was very poor. For what I paid I could built these room ..... I believe they need to spend more the 400 aed on the room and decor. I hate giving bad reviews but I hope this promotes them to do a better job on the rooms..... because there Location is prime !! Sorry countdown challenge you need to step up your game.

Escape rooms are generally fun outings if you are a bunch of people looking for group of activities.In countdown u choose one of the themed rooms which are interlinked with locks (one room leads to another) till ur way out.Various types of locks are available and hints about the passwords are spread over the room.The staff are helpful specially Mahal who is super friendly.Its located in JBR which is optimal and they offer vouchers for parking in Green parking in Bahar

Tried the newly opened shop in JBR a few days ago and loved it! Did Stolen with a friend but I will definitely come back soon to tr another game :)

After trying my first game it really showed me how challenging it can get and yet it was the easiest, definitely should give it a try for such an amazing escape room with clues that can never be thought of.

Only interesting escape room was the basement

Worst escape game experience ever. Not recommended at all.

The hints are not real time meaning they are behind the actual step you might be at. Single challenge will limit you from proceeding to other steps.

Among all the escape rooms i have tried in dubai this one was the worst, the staf was so not friendly, the welcome was so bad , the instructions werent giving in a friendly way , and when we started playing itcwas very hard to find a clues and when we asked for tips the staff was giving me directions that i already did which showed that he wasnt even watching me in camera , he was telling me what to do next which i was already doing and i needed where to go next not what to do next . I dont recommend to waste money on such hard non friendly environments while there is really better choices in dubai

This place doesnt except Entertainer, although its mentioned in the app. Staff I so rude, they just dont care about customers
